When I first moved out to Middletown from Cleveland to attend college at Wesleyan University, I was a little worried. The car I took with me to campus is old and a bit of a problem car at times, and I was nervous about finding another repair store in an entirely new state. One morning, after checking and finding that my brake fluid was low, I saw an ad on Facebook for Complete Automotive Repair Specialists, and I clicked on it because, honestly, it said that if I told them I found them on Facebook, I’d get a discount. My college-induced penny pinching led me not just to a modest-priced car repair station, however, but to a fantastic and overall satisfying experience. C.A.R.S. has provided fantastic service and amazing customer care consistently throughout the 5 or 6 month I’ve depended on them. I’ve had brake repairs, fuel line replacement, and tire alignment and replacement done with them, and each time I’ve come back to their shop I’ve been extremely pleased with the quantity and quality of care I’ve received. Mr. Natale, the owner, is always price-reasonable and honest, and gives his solid opinion each time I need a repair. Jason and Lorna, the other two employees I have dealt with, have been exceedingly friendly and helpful, and have picked me up from campus and dropped me off there each time I’ve needed it. They have been friendly, genial, and talkative, which is refreshing and lifts my mood despite the inconvenience of owning a clunker. C.A.R.S is a company that I’ve grown to feel I can trust, which has become very important in the “recent economic crisis”; I always know I’ll get what I paid for, and I know I won’t be ripped off as so many other repair shops will try to do. The waiting area in the shop is clean and homey, and (as a college student) the fact that they have free gourmet coffee is much appreciated (especially since most of my repairs get done in the morning on weekends). John and his staff are awesome. They were very professional, accomodating and understanding of our time constraints. Some details...we were traveling on 91N highway to get to a commitment in Massachusetts, so we were under time constraints. Surprisingly, our sunroof detached from the roof and flew off onto the highway. Luckily no one was injured. I pulled over onto the shoulder and consulted Google for the nearest repair store..."Complete Automotive Repair Specialists LLC" came up and had good reviews so I called, explained the situation, the time constraints and he was very nice, pleasant and accomodating. His shop was only 10min away, and fortunately there was no rain at that time. The shop waiting room was clean as well as the bathroom...which is a plus! John came up with a waterproof longterm solution that would get me out in an hour to meet my commitment and get me home 300 miles away.....and his bill was only $100 and change, very reasonable under the circumstances. I was impressed with his honesty and competency. During the diagnosis he explained the function of the inner parts of the slide sunroof.....I recommend John Natale and his staff for all of your auto needs. If I lived in the area, it would be where I would go. Thanks John

Found out about CARS, LLC through a google search looking for a place near middletown that does transmission work. So happy I found John and his shop! He got my car in the same day (which happened to be the beginning of a holiday weekend) clearly explained my options and I didnt feel taken advantage of at all like how one might feel at a chain store. Its a great family owned and operated business and both John and his wife help you to feel at ease during what can potentially be a stressful situation. Will definitely be back with any car repair needs.

On my way from Boston to Philly, felt a rough sputtering grinding, came in to these folks and they were very kind, caring, and helpful. No BS, diagnosed and fixed a fairly simple spark plug coil issue, got me back on the road. Price seemed fair for parts and labor, took care of what needed taking care of(including a needed new headlight and windshield wiper!) and nothing else This would be my mechanic if I lived in the area, very hospitable and seemingly honest folks, cared about my journey, called the next day to check in, etc.

I took my old, old car to John for repairs prior to an emissions test. He did extensive work for me, after explaining exactly what needed to be done, with pictures to illustrate the problem. When my car wouldnt start they got me in right away to fix it. Fast, friendly and great work! They explained what was wrong and what they did to fix it and their rates are reasonable. Being new to the area I was nervous just picking a garage off of Google based on distance and 3 reviews, but I lucked out and picked a great place that Ill keep going back to.

My recent experience at this repair shop was nothing short of amazing. I found them online and requested an appointment. The staff made it very easy for me and I was able to come in the next day. John, the owner, was very friendly and his staff help explained the clunking noise I was hearing in my real wheel. I will be back again.
