Not only is the service here absolutely on point, but the customer service is unbelievable. I needed work done day of and had a way too small budget, and was ready to give up and they turned around and said, dont worry. Were gonna work with you. And they got everything done. I honestly have never encountered a more people oriented and friendly shop. I cant wait to be a regular here.

PMC STUDY

Dont be foolish like me and not considering the low rating for this guys shop and take your car there. I was scam and said I have holes in my muffler. I ask them to saw me when they remove it and repair it and they agreed but fail to saw it as a proof. I went there just to get oil change and this guys scam me out $500 bucks for muffler change.

I got the new Exhaust System put on. And a week, later the Muffler pipe hanging and burn the bumper. He said he fixed it. 3 days week later, the Muffler disconnected from the pipe. They forget to Solid the Pipe and the Muffler together. He never appoligize or fix the problem. I had to go to the one in New Britain to get it fix.

Ive only been here once, but I plan to return. New in town, needed an oil change, had been running around with errands all day (on my only day off that week). They got me in and finished up so quickly, I couldnt believe it! The gentleman at the desk was very nice and it was super inexpensive. Ill definitely be going back

These guys are always quick, honest, friendly and nice. There are lots of other auto shops closer to where I live and work, but Ill only come to this one whenever I have car trouble. Keep doing what youre doing guys!
