After calling multiple places to get an alignment done on my lowered vehicle, Fetzer Tire told me to bring it in and they will take care of it. I noticed the guys were very knowledgeable after our phone conversation, so I had a good feeling from the get-go. Went over to Fetzer Tire on a Saturday morning to perform an alignment on my vehicle. They got the car right in as alignments are on a first come first serve basis. They were very friendly and explained thoroughly what the difference was between a performance alignment and regular daily driver alignment was. I went with the daily driver alignment as I dont plan to race my vehicle. After about 45 minutes they took the car out for a road test and noticed a clunking noise on the right front. They put the car back in the lift as they were very concerned there was something loose in the suspension. After spending over 20 minutes of checking it they advised me to take the car back to the place that did the work originally because they believed the upper plate bolts might need to be torqued properly. Went inside expecting to pay for the diagnosis, but they told me I only had to pay for the alignment. After I took the car back I noticed the alignment was on point. Went straight to the individual that did the work and he noticed the upper plate to shock nut was not torqued all the way. their diagnosis was spot on! These guys are worth the trip (Im in Stamford)

Fetzer is a great business and the only place Ill trust with my cars. I have put 4 sets of tires on four cars with them and when checking their prices vs. the internet their prices (installed) are close to those of the companies that just ship you four tires. When my dealer told me I need new ball joints and major front end work on my car, it was Fetzer who saved me $2400 by showing me that I just needed some work on my front bearings. All my neighbors go there and in a world where most of these places are rip-offs, the Fetzer family lives in town and has to face us all every day. You can trust this place and the integrity of the people that run it. Sometimes its worth paying a little more for that.

I saw the bad review below and felt compelled to write. These guys specialize in tires, undercarriage and brakes. I have purchased at least 6 sets of tires through them and have had some brake work done and the always "necessary" alignment. Other than having no clue whether alignment is always necessary for a few bucks when having tires changed or rotated, these guys seem first rate. I have no idea what went wrong with the person who discusses the car raised by 6 inches one side, the banged up exhaust, but that has not been my experience. And yes, my cars are mostly late model borderline expensive foreign cars.

My service light went on during my morning commute the day before a work road trip. They were great over the phone giving me a ton of useful information and told me when to bring it in to avoid waiting + to still get it done that day. They took it in for diagnosis right away and they are working on it right now as I work from a charming lunch place right next door. They seem really upstanding and their pricing was right in line with what the internet said it should cost.

Outstanding experience. Honest, prompt, and professional service. But most importantly, the Nokian tires they recommend are awesome. Best tires I have ever had--great performance, especially in the winter, and they last! Have them on three cars and wont buy anything else.

I saw the poor review and I wanted to give my input. Basically they are a great business. While there tires are a little overpriced, I have bought 2 batteries from them, and had my BMW serviced there several times. They have good customer service and excellent mechanics.
