Thieves.... Incompetent Thieves. I have had a laundry list of problems with this gym dating back to my very first visit, but my main issue does not lie with the facility, it lies with the personnel running it. Ive truly never dealt with more incompetent, unprofessional people in my life. They have no concept of customer service, to the point where a manager who refused to give me his name hung up on me while I was attempting to update my payment information. Fast forward a month. Now I am being told I have a past-due balance on my account, because a bank card that Ive ALREADY TOLD THEM is no longer active was declined. This is the exact same issue I had a month ago, resurfacing, because a certain unprofessional manager refused to take my updated payment details. I have every intention of cancelling my account, because Ive never felt so disrespected as a paying customer in my life. If you want customer service, dont go to these clowns.

They going down hill. Their staff is getting lazy, Not answering the phones but can text in a heartbeat on their personal phone, really lazy to help look up members (she told me I should download the app and figure it out outside because she was oh so busy talking about her personal life to another coworker), its not so clean anymore. They used to be nice I used to love this gym, not anymore Im considering to cancel my membership. I do want to point out their is a staff member there secretly taking pictures of a guy working out and laughing. I find that unacceptable, rude, and disrespectful. Hes working out trying to get in shape so much for a judge free zone.

Bad experience with Planet fitness in Waterbury ,the gym, so they just want your money and do not actually Care about you making progress. I opened two membership by mistake and I called the Gym on that day to cancelled one of the memberships , I was an told by one of the staff that they did not see me in the their system and now they went to my account and charged me twice for two different memberships.Now they want me to pay $58.00 Cancellation fee. They are crazy, Im just going to call my bank and block them off my account.Theyre a bunch of thieves. Helpful?

Only planet fitness Ive been too where when youre from out of state, the staff is too lazy to call your home gym for you. Because it was such a busy day that he was just blabbering to another coworker. Is it my fault I forgot my card yes? But who has a terrible computer system that cannot look up patrons from out of state? Planet fitness. And its real tough to pick up a phone and make a call when youre getting paid to do it...

Better progress in regards to the machines....staff is super lazy, but are quick to make unflattering comments about members regarding their attire which had to do with religion, not to mention lack of corporate experience in management and etiquette training within the staff....Ive been. Member 5 years or so and the last few months have been the worst!

This gym is very clean and tidy. However working out in the summer is miserable. They have fans that are turned on high but it is not nearly enough for a comfortable work out. I do heavy cardiac work outs and it is impossible to cool down at this gym. I have said something to the staff and they said theres nothing they can do about it.

I use to Love this gym. However, I think it could have more leg room to move around. More up to date equipment. Spin cycle, kick boxing, zumba. Dust free and more germ free. I see that the users dont wipe the equipment down after every use. They Just hop and go. Its just over crowed. . You get what you pay for.

This gym is bar far the best in the area. Plenty of equipment thats new or newer, and the higher cielings dont give it that stuffy feeling. Staff keeps it very clean, including the bathrooms and locker room showers, and the desk staff is very friendly. Highly reccommend this gym!

Not bad for what u pay. The one thing I hate is that they have one incline bench and for whatever reason people there seem to think that its cool to use it as a squat rack staff doesnt address this issue ever. Again people incline bench is for chest Squats work your legs.

Great staff as well as a very clean gym. Lots of equipment available even when the gym is packed. Great environment that doesnt have rude people. Nice plus is the massage chairs and water pulse massage beds. 5 out of 5 from someone who is there 6 days a week.
