Ive used this business for numerous years until i realized that they were not honest about what they were doing to my van and then charging me for what they claimed. I was a single mother with one income so money was tight already and then to figure out they did that was disheartening. The last time I took my vehicle there I had discovered they charged me for synthetic oil but had actually put in standard oil in the vehicle. The time before that I had an issue with the motor that rolls the window up-and-down which they had replaced and charged me around $500 to do it but it was the middle of winter so I didnt care and I didnt know any better. Approximately 6 to 9 months later the window wasnt rolling up and down properly again (it was making a crunching sound) so I ordered a new motor from the internet which costs approximately $80 and had a friend repair it only to find out that it wasnt installed properly because the cable was twisted up inside. Disappointing. And the previous time before that my driver side door handle went bad and they replaced it with one they got from the salvage yard that totally did not match the color of my van (my van is silver and chrome and they replaced it with a beige one) and they did not inform me it didnt match beforehand or even ask me if that was ok before they put it in! In my opinion that was just very shady. Another issue I had with my MPV van was that the fan was staying on long after I would shut the ignition off and I had asked them about it several times but they were not able to fix it. I was told the first time that the fan was running because "you had the defrosters on at that time".

Had my valve stem fixed there, a couple months later it failed causing my tire to go flat resulting in the tire to be ruined. I contacted them about the issue they only agreed to pay for half of the tire. The next day after paying to get a new tire I walk out to my vehicle and the NEW tire is flat once again. My mechanic friend inspects the tire and tells me he thinks my rim is cracked where the valve stem screws in due to over tightening it. So now Im going back tomorrow and I can only imagine what they will say and I bet it isnt we will buy you a new rim. If that is the case I will be contacting BBB and higher management of Mr.Tire will update post

Worst experience. We were told to bring in our car for new tires and that it would only take 1 1/2 hours. We brought the car in at 10:30am and left at 3:30pm. Customer Service was awful. Would tell everyone never to go there, so disappointed. In addition, my husband had brought our three children with him. It is inexcusable to have three children wait that long in the waiting room. The people that worked there were unprofessional, extremely rude. Will be telling everyone I know to not go there and will be posting on social media as well. Will continue to take our car to AAA where the service is great and they are professional.

Every time Ive ever come here it has taken more than 4 hours to get service done on my car. I recently bought new tires from them and they do rotations for free..not even worth it, youre better off taking your car to Walmart and paying to have them rotated. I brought my car in the minute they opened on a Saturday, there was no cars in the garage but yet it still took them 4 hours to do a simple tire rotation that I couldve done on my own by hand in less than 30 minutes. Pathetic service, pathetic prices, not worth the hassle and headache! Id give them a zero star if I could. Dont waste your time.

I was there not to long ago Mr. Tom was very professional and straight forward and honest. The tires was at a great price one of the tech did break one of my hub caps by mistake. Tom fixed the problem and Im very happy about that! great work guys. WILL BE BACK AGAIN FOR MY TIRE NEEDS.
