Our breaks started grinding horribly with about 200 miles to go in a Wisconsin to Pennsylvania trip for a weekend wedding. By the time we limped into Valley Forge late on a Thursday night, we were convinced we would need to stay beyond our planned Sunday departure and spend a fortune either fixing the car or buying a new one. We were hugely relieved when they called a few hours after we dropped off the car to let us know that not only could they fix it by the end of the day, but that it would cost us a fraction of what we anticipated based on experiences with other PA mechanics. They immediately understood our main priority was to get home safely and though they informed us about other issues, they reassured us they wouldnt affect our ability to get back to WI and encouraged us to get them looked at by our own mechanic in WI rather than have them fixed there. Overall we were impressed with their fast, skilled response and their empathy with our situation, especially since we were clearly one time customers only - no potential to cultivate a regular customer. We wish their shop was in WI!

Took my Civic there whenever possible when I worked in Philadelphia - they offer good value for the money, dont try to suggest "repairs" that are not needed, and offer quick service - plus you can drop your car off and grab a train if you need to head to Philly. Strongly recommended

For 1 year I have been taking my cars to Paoli Auto and have recieved nothing but the best care. They are very good, very quick, well priced, and are really looking out for your cars safety and reliability.

Great service! Frank and the crew are always helpful and do not have me get work done that isnt necessary. Great pricing and they also receive and install TireRack tires if you prefer to order your own.
