I took my car in for an oil change. When dropping it off I asked them if they could check some other things for me as well. My one tire kept loosing pressure so I asked them to check for a hole. My power steering fluid was empty , so I thought that there was a leak. They said that they would be able to do both of those things. When I picked the car up they told me that they checked the tire and they could not find a hole in it. I asked them what its pressure was because it looked pretty flat to me. They said that it was normal. I then asked them about the power steering and they said that they couldnt check for a leak because the car was sitting in the rain. They said that they did fill it though. I checked the level the next day and it was still completely empty. Why would they lie about such a thing?! I have talked to two mechanics since then and they said the fact that the car was sitting in the rain would not make a difference. I also checked the tire pressure on a digital scale and it read 8 psi. I got the impression that they lied about these things just because they wanted to close up the shop, but who really knows why they would make such flimsy lies. When I complained to the manager the next day he kept insisting that he doubted his employees would lie about such things. He said that there was no way his employees would let a car with such low tire pressure leave the shop as it is very dangerous. I agreed that it was dangerous and that makes it even more disappointing that it happened to me. He kept insisting that I was mistaken. How insulting! I dont know how I could read a digital scale wrong! He also went further by continuing the lie the car was too wet to check for a power steering leak. He didnt even believe me when I said that his employees lied about even filling the power steering reservoir. What could I possibly gain by lying about something like that?! I just wanted good service done on my car. Very upset with this service. Do not take your car here if you want genuine honest work done on it.

My car badly needed a front-end alignment after installing new coilovers and some other components. I got out the phone book and called every service station within a 20 minute drive (as far as I was comfortable driving the car as it was) and none of them could fit me in this weekend except Firestone. I wasnt excited about going there because of the poor reviews many of these stores seem to get, but my experience was very good. They gave me an appointment for the same day, 1 hour after I called in. The job took a little over an hour, and the service advisor went over the before & after alignment measurements with me which was a big plus. The last place I went to for an alignment didnt even give me a measurement sheet to take home. The service advisor also notified me that two of the tires should be replaced soon, which I already knew. He let me know about a special on one of their tires, but he left it at that and didnt try to pressure me into buying. The bill was what I expected it would be. Priced around the middle of the pack for my area, and definitely worth it. The car feels great now, and Id definitely go back there again for this type of service.

I had high hopes for this place but it is a failure when it comes to customer service. I made an appointment to have 4 tires I purchased online to be put on my vehicle. I arrived a 30 minutes early. They told me to have a sit and they will service my vehicle. I started to get worried 45 minutes into waiting. Mostly everyone that came in after me was serviced and leaving the store. After an hour has gone by. I started to get a bit upset. I asked one of the guys at the front what was the hold up and he stated he was unaware why my vehicle was not ready. Almost seemed like they just forgot about me. After I started complaining about the wait, they started immediately putting the tires on. To have 4 tires put on my vehicle shouldnt take one hour and 30 minutes. This place is awful. The front guy started to argue with me after I told him I was unhappy with the wait and that they should advise customer of the wait time before telling them to have a seat. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I recently visited this Firestone location due to a brake line failure on my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD. I was out-of-town for work, and needed to get home. The staff insisted that I replace all of my brake lines and all 4 calipers, as that would be the safest route. 7 hours and $1400 later, I was on my way. Imagine my surprise when I recently crawled under my truck to change my oil and found that only 3 of my 7 brake lines had been changed. The one that failed and the 2 that I could see under the hood. This was not what the technician promised me would be done while we were standing underneath my truck. But, they covered themselves on the repair order by stating that only the lines coming from the master cylinder were being replaced. Watch yourself! Im sure this place makes a ton of money on unsuspecting vehicle owners. Ill never buy anything from Firestone again.

I called Firestone on a friday asking for an appointment for inspection and since they did not have one for the day, asked me to drop it off with a promise to get it done by end of the day. I dropped the car before noon and did not hear them at all on the day. Saturday morning when I called, the same guy with whom I dropped the car took some time to figure out they have the car with them and said we will try to get it done by end of the day. When I called around 3, they do not even have the car in the shop. Explanation being they have people with appointment before me. So for two days the car just sat in their lot without anyone looking at. This is an absolutely wrong place to go for any need since they could not even get the simplest thing like an inspection fit in.

called for a Mercedes C300 alignment and specifically asked if they could perform one on a 2012 C300 and the manager said no problem...we drop off the car and 1 hour later they call saying they cannot perform it has to be done at Mercedes...SHOULD HAVE KNOW WE HAD THE SAME EXACT DEAL 3YEARS AGO WITH OUR INFINITY M35. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me...WILL NEVER SEEK ANYTHING FROM A FIRESTONE DEALER AGAIN!! I have read about there mechanics being minimally trained anyhow...Spend a little extra and have the actual dealer do your work!!

Left my car off late at night with all of my service needs. That meant nothing to your "crack" staff. I was to expect it later in the day. That was bot what I was told in the past. Typical garage man mentality. I called to explain my problem and I did, then I was given to another"crack" staf member and he asked me how he could help me????? DUH This experience has soured me on Firestone. You did all of my cars service. Bye Bye
