AFTER 5 YEARS OF BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER IM LEAVING IN 5 YEARS I AM ON MY 4TH SET OF TIRES 4TH SET OF ROTORS SECOND SET OF MOTOR MOUNTS 3 YEARS AGO YOUR MECHANIC PUT US ON THE ROAD WITH BAD BRAKES AND HE GOT FIRED ALSO AROUND THAT TIME THEY MADE ME PUT ON NEW MOTOR MOUNTS THEY SAID MINE WERE BROKEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN LAST MONDAY BECAUSE IT STARTED MAKING A GRINDING AND BANGING NOISE MECHANIC SAID ROTORS AND BRAKES AGAIN SO AFTER A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS 2 NEW ROTORS AND BRAKES HE TEST DRIVE MY CAR SAID ITS FINE BUT I NEED NEW TIRES THEY ARE VERY BALD EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE ONLY 18 MONTHS OLD AND HAVE ABOU 10,000 MILES ON THEM THEY ARE GOODYEAR WRANGLERS AND NOW NEED THE 4TH SET OF TIRES BUT HOWIE SAID HE WILL MAKE ME A DEAL CAUSE THEY AINT THAT OLD SO I GET IN MY CAR AND BEFORE I HIT THE LIGHT BY GOODWILL THE CARS STILL BANGING I WAS SOOOO UPSET BY THIS CAUSE HE TEST DROVE IT AND SAID NOTHING ABOUT A PROBLEM I TOOK IT TO JACK WILLIAMS WHO TOLD ME MY FRONT MOTOR MOUNT WAS BROKEN OFF AND THE ENGINE WAS ALMOST HITTING THE HOOD THAT WAS THE BANGING NOISE AND THAT THEY BELIEVE IT WAS THE ORIGINAL MOTOR MOUNTS FROM WHEN THE CAR WAS BUILT AND GAVE ME THE BROKEN FOR PROOF ONE SO I CAN NO LONGER TRUST YOUR COMPANY I AM OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY ITS THE SECOND TIME MY CAR WAS TEST DRIVEN BY YOUR MECHANIC AND MY FAMILY PUT IN A LIFE ENDANGERING SITUATION I ALSO FEEL COMPELLED TO CONTACT BBB AND SHARE MY STORY WITH MY 3,000 FACEBOOK FRIENDS AND ASK THEM TO SHARE IT TOO SO NO ONE ELSES LIFE IS PUT AT RISK BY YOUR COMPANY I ALSO THINK YOU DONT DESERVE THAT ONE STAR OH BY THE I BOUGHT THE CAR AT 40,000 ITS ALMOST 6 YEARS AND ITS ONLY AT 90,OOO AVERAGE MILES A YEAR ARE 10,OOO

If i could give zero stars I would. My boyfriend had a great experience with a man named mike last week for brakes and a synthetic oil change. Before he left he asked if they were willing to do the brakes on my car because I already purchased the pads. I had an appointment for 9 am today. When we got there it was a different man. He said how much did Mike tell you....we had not got the price so this man decided to tell us 100 cash. When he demanded cash I knew he was trying to pocket it. So i said im not paying cash. He said ok its gonna be 150 plus tax and fees. I grabbed my keys and left. He didnt even want to put us in the computer. What a disgrace to your company. Will not be back and will be sure to warn others of the rip off employee!!! Lost at least 3 customers!

Being a typical tourist from lower PA, we were a bit skeptical when we made an unscheduled pit-stop at this store on Fathers day weekend (Sunday), when our front tire was running flat. The store manager was wonderful and one of the most honest people I have ever had the pleasure meeting. He took care of our tire, while our family waited and had us out in no time flat. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone either local or having an "unexpected" car emergency while on vacation. I only wish they opened a store closer to our location. Thanks again guys, for your honesty and not taking us for a "ride"!

I went twice to Monro and should have learned from the first time not to go back. The man was very rude and arrogant behind the counter and acted like they didnt have any time for their customers. They told me I had an exhaust leak that they fixed. Oddly enough when I went back for an inspection I had an exhaust leak again! They also said I needed 3 new tires in order to pass the inspection. However when I went to get a second opinion for an inspection, they said my tires were all fine and passed! I wil not be going back to Monro.

I went there to get my brakes done and the man wanted to charge me 600 dollars, that is crazy, I didnt think it was going to be that high and then when I told the man I couldnt afford that, he kept adjusting the price, which seemed weird. Then I told him I will not get it done here, he charged me 27 dollars. Thats just crazy, I will never use them again for anything and they should have there prices list.

I was visiting the Poconos and not thrilled to find out that my car required a new tire to get me home! However, the gentleman at Monro Muffler Brake & Service provided friendly service, and patiently gave me the information I needed to make this purchase. I would certainly use their service if I lived in this area.

Price for oil change is not what was listed on the sign, then told me they checked the car over while doing it and it needed a ton of work done right away. Went somewhere else to have it checked and all it needed was new tires, not the $1700 repairs they told me.
