Everything seems focused on getting as many customers through as quickly as possible, but I felt like part of a herd of cattle here. They dont take reservations nor can we drop off a car for tire installation. Customers are taken solely on a first-come/first-served basis. I arrived first thing at 8AM when they opened on a weekday and there already were at least a dozen people in line ahead of me. Finally got to the counter at 8:40. I asked how long I should expect to wait and was told an hour. Thankfully WIFI in the waiting room was good. 1.5 hours later (10:15) I was notified to bring my car into the building. By this time they were telling people it would be a 2 - 2.5 hour wait. At 10:35 I was called up to the cashier to pay the bill and then wait by my car while they finished with the last couple tires. At 10:45 I was pulling my car out the door. I decided to give Creamery Tire a try because their price was $20 less than the cheapest quote I got elsewhere, which was at STS Tire. But for that $20 I could have gotten an appointment or simply dropped off our car at STS instead of hanging out at Creamery for almost 3 hours. So the value here depends on whether you value $20 or 3 hours of your time more. There is the added bonus of their rewards card, which can take a few bucks off your next set of tires. Lowered my review to one star. They save themselves a few bucks by using floor jacks instead of lifts, using one on each side at the front, but sliding only a single one in from the back, hoping to find a spot that will support the rear of the car. Theres nothing wrong with the idea in general, except that they clipped our exhaust in the process, causing an annoying rattle, which we had to have fixed. I cannot recommend this shop.

A great experience, start to finish... when I first called, I was honestly just feeling out options. Wed looked up some brands online and I was thinking of ordering them myself and getting them delivered to a garage, just to make sure we got a good price. But the guy I talked to on the phone (Jesse) not only knew plenty about the tires, he patiently walked me through why the cheaper option was just fine, and then it turned out Creamerys price was better than what Id found at any of the online discounters. They ordered the tires for me and had them in the shop, in the right size (which I might not have done right myself) in days. And when I brought the car in, I came expecting to wait a long time... even brought work to do... but I was in and out of there in about 15-20 minutes, for a change to all four tires. On the way home, I noticed a thumping noise and called. Despite it being minutes from closing, they asked if I wanted to come back in... which I did... and they were extremely friendly about it. Turned out I had just gotten a big stone wedged in the tread... but they checked everything to make sure... then put the tires back on again... and I was out of there, problem free, about two minutes later. The tires feel great, the service was excellent and quick, and the price better than we found anywhere. Highly recommended!

I own snow tires, but that are not on rims. 3 times I had the snows either mounted or removed and 3 times I lost one of my hub caps (within a week). Okay - I let it go and bought a new hub cap each time - wife told me NOT to call and complain. Recently, went in and the place is mobbed. Checked in at around 1 PM and told me at 2:15 PM it would be 45 minutes. At 4 PM I left without getting the tires mounted as they keep taking everyone else. An otherwise great day was derailed. Heres the deal - if you think their prices are the lowest, youre not trying very hard. If you shop around just a little - especially at Sears - you can negotiate out a deal (like family and friends or other 10% off offers) that beats Creamery. I wanted to buy at Creamery in the past, but Sears (or BJs or Tirerack EVEN with the mounting charge at Pep Boys) had them beat by a significant enough margin to drive a few extra miles. And yes, pretty much everything is negotiable. Negotiated Labor Charge at a Honda Dealer today. It is NOT worth the wait - not going back - cant speak for my wife....

The guys here are phenomenal. Once your car gets into their garage, youre usually out within 10 minutes. I went in to have all 4 tires replaced on my all wheel drive car because I destroyed one due to a monster sized pothole. The guy at the counter came out to my car, looked at the tire and was able to have one shipped and installed the next day. I went in on Good Friday and called before getting there. One of the guys that answered the phone told me it was about a 2 hour wait due to it being a holiday. The beauty is that they do not take appointments. When I got there, they were very personable as well as knowledgable. I waited about one hour and 45 minutes when they called my name to have the car driven into the garage. The wait was long only because it was a holiday and everyone was there, but once I got my car in, they replaced 2 tires and had me out the door within 10 minutes. Even the mechanics in the garage are personable. I would go back any day and have already recommended it to all of my friends for whenever they need tires replaced.

Ive worked here in the past... Prior to that I actually went to creamery tire for all my vehicles tire needs. Why? My mom went there because my grandmother went there.... That is the kind of place creamery tire is. The kind of place that you can trust... And to top it off. The prices are normally unbeatable. And they do great work and fast! If you ever find your self waiting a bit longer than usual.. Just look around and realize that it is because they have a loyal customer base because theyre loyal to their customers. That trust builds clientele. And as a former employee.. I was treated beyond fair. They treat each employee like family. It was an excellent place to work. I will not go to any other place for my tire needs, even if I find a cheaper price elsewhere.. Id rather my money go to a company who treats both their customers & employees with respect, honesty, loyalty, and kindness.. Thank you creamery tire!

I emailed Creamery on 4/19 for tires on my 2015 Mercedes. I think I hit a pot hole or something. :-( Creamery stated they need to order the tires. They arrived the very next day, 4/20! Very fast. I arrived here at 3:36 PM. They checked me in and I asked how long was the wait. 5-10 minutes. Great! My car was taken and front tires were off at 3:49 PM. QUICK! Before I knew it, I made a phone call and I got called to the counter to pay for my tires. I was out of here and on my way home at 4:00PM. Im amazed at the service, price and professionalism. The only thing was, I think the gentleman was new at bay #2, but I was standing at my car and the kid had a blank stare at me when I asked "Am I ready to go?" another person responded for him and said "answer the customer." Kind of funny but they were nice. I would highly recommend getting tires here. I would not go anywhere else.
