Andre…all time favorite salesperson ever! I came in with very low expectations of getting into the car I wanted without a huge increase in my current payment and excepting the whole sales speech . Andre made it happen without making me feel like I was talking to a salesman. He was an absolute blast to work with and made it a fun experience. He was extremely patient when my brother and sister in law were deciding on which Forester model to go with. He must have ran numbers about 10 times for each of us. He was kind enough to do a courtesy trade for them as well. When we came to take delivery, all the paperwork was ready for us, cars were sitting out front looking beautiful. Although I hope it isn’t for awhile, I know I will be seeking Andre out again when I am ready for a new Subaru. Next, we moved onto Tom. The bar was already raised high with the Andre experience and Tom did not disappoint. It was a very relaxed experience. It was like chatting with one of your friends instead of a business transaction. He went over all the details that I needed to know and when something wasn’t necessary in my case, he briefly went over it and we moved on. Andre and Tom obviously have a great relationship but what impressed me is that none of us ever felt like a third wheel as they were discussing things. We took delivery of 2 new vehicles and a courtesy trade so we were there for a bit Alex was the lucky one to go over the details of the new car. He was very professional, even when I wasn’t paying attention to a word he said at times! Some things we glanced over since I was familiar with them from my previous car but there were all kinds of new buttons for me to play with. I may have caught him off guard with my excitement over the memory seat buttons!!! (By far one of my favorite options in the car.) I drove away feeling very comfortable with understanding the ins and outs of my new car. Rafferty Subaru is by far the best dealership that I have ever worked with. I will definitely send friends and family your way when they are in the market for new cars.

We stopped by Rafferty Subaru within the past year for a casual test drive of the Forester and Outback. We arrived within 30 minutes of closing, and we were prepared for a luke-warm greeting. But, Andy Sciarretta set us up for our test drives and we were off! Andy was knowledgeable, friendly, and didnt pressure us at all. Since Im sales-person adverse, he was a great fit. Fast-forward to 2017 when we went back to Rafferty to continue our casual (but, a bit more serious) search, and we asked for Andy. Skipping to the chase, and to the 2017 Forester and Subaru we purchased over the week, and Im happy to be able to write this review. He gave my husband and me undivided attention, answered our questions, suggested cars that met our needs and preferences, and applied no sales-persony-pressure at any point. Andy was very responsive even when we werent in the store, and we were asking additional questions. Really, the kind of person from whom Id like to buy a car--honest. If you are looking for a Subaru, ask for Andy! Youll notice the review is more about Andy than the dealership. Overall, my experience at the dealership was good. The one thing I did not appreciate about the sales process was the pretty heavy sales attempt by the financing person. Since this was the second car we purchased within the week, and I was aware of this part of the sales pitch, I asked to be exempt from this. But, no luck. The guy said he was required to go through it, and ultimately I had to sign confirming he had covered everything but mostly that I had declined the upsell: moving from 0% loan to .9% loan to lower my payment, purchasing gap insurance even though he told me I didnt need it because of the amount I put down, purchasing various levels of extended warranties, and telling me that I was one of the few who was taking a chance by not covering my car--especially all of the electrical components of the car that may need attention. But, if you consider this whole part is part and parcel of buying a car, it wasnt the worst thing! Short story--ask for Andy Sciarretta!

I cannot express enough how pleased I was in dealing with every single person that I encountered at Rafferty Subaru. Ill start by saying that I showed up there early in the morning and every employee that I met made a point to say goodmorning with a smile. I was introduced to Marty Smith as my salesman and he was professional, courtious and brought about a sense of comfort when talking with him. He gave me accurate and timely informaiton and made the entire car buying experience completely satisfying compared to what one might think when going to a Car Dealership. I met with the manager, Jeff Woods, who also presented the same experience when dealing with him during this process. I had the opportunity to have various discussions with other sales associates and managers during my time there, each of which presented the same positive experience. After the deal was negotiated and an agreement made, I explained that I had an engagement at a certain time that evening and could they accomodate getting the vehicle and paperwork ready to be completed by then. I watched various members work at making sure that this was accomplished and it made me feel as if I was an important customer to them. They were able to accomplish getting the vehicle ready and the Finance Manager, Doug was very helpful too. To top it all off, I made an appointment in service the next week and encountered the same level of professionalism when dealing with the service staff. I am blown away at the level of professionalism and kindness displayed by the employees at this dealership. I have worked in the car business, have family members that work in the car business and have many friends in the car business and this was my 37th vehicle purchase of my life. With that said, I would reccomend this dealership 110%. I can only assume that the owner of this dealership treats his employees with the same level of professionalism in order for everyone to provide such a great experience, Thank you! Jason S

From start to finish whole operation at Rafferty Subaru has been nothing but crooked and condescending. There are a lot of car dealers in this area I would think long and hard before purchasing anything from this one! I purchased a 2012 subaru tribeca from Rafferty Subaru with 5,000+miles on it. With the purchase I requested a warranty plan that included oil changes and a loaner vehicle for service. I reviewed this at length with the salesman. This was factored into the purchase price. At the first oil change I was charged over $200.00 an told that the warrantee that I had purchased was not the one that was reviewed by the salesman with me but one that was related to the train of the vehicle and only good to 30,000 miles and unless I wanted to purchase another warranty there was nothing that they would do. I have had the vehicle for less than a year and already have 30,000 miles on it. At the time of purchase, I knew how much I drove so I would have never knowingly agreed to this type of warrantee because it would be a waste of money. Today, the car had an 8:30 a.m. appointment for its 30,000 mile service. We had a snow storm last evening and out of respect to their employees I called to cancel and asked for a return call to reschedule the appointment. At 8:20 a.m. a women called and told me that if I could make it over there anytime today they would be able to service the vehicle. I risked driving 10 miles at 10:00 a.m. just to have them tell me at 3:00 p.m. that they did not have the tech needed to service the vehicle and didnt know when it would be done. I drive over 300 miles on any given day and their loner car would only allow me 250 miles before I would be charged. When I stated that this would be a problem I was told I would have to make it work. From start to finish the whole operation at Rafferty Subaru has been nothing but crooked and condescending.
