My first experience with this dealership was after purchasing my vehicle there was a piece of door trim on my car that was damaged it needed to be replaced. Bill the service manager said that he would take care of it. After leaving my car there so It could be replaced I went to pick up my car and noticed that had not been touched. when I called him to tell him that I had not been replaced he argued with me telling me that it was. I had to bring the car back to him to show him it was not, apparently he mustve replaced it on someone elses car. So I figure mistakes happen Ill let it go. I brought my vehicle back into service and I started to show the service tech that there was paint coming off my car and the car is brand-new. He said that he would talk it over with his boss and call me back to find out when I can bring my car back because they have someone that can fix that. I waited three weeks for a phone call and never got it. I had to call them back to find out when I can bring my car in so it could be fixed under warranty. My overall impression is they lack serious customer service skills and good communication with their customers.

Best place to buy a car! Best place to service your car! My family has bought many cars here over the years. They consistently beat other dealerships on price for the same model as vehicles. Rossi is not pushy or hurried. Their reputation for quality drives the business. I live a good distance away now, but I make the trip specifically to use their service department. My wife previously used a different Honda service nearer to us, but they didnt always fix the problems and I convinced her we needed to stick with Rossi. They never do a thing without your permission and never try to convince you to get unnecessary work for their own gain. Its pleasant and quick every single time.

I own Franklinville Auto Sales, just bought a 04 Honda Element with 159k miles that had a open recall with something to do with the airbag system. This had a airbag light on the dash but found out this was for something other than the recall, I was told they could check the problem as a courtesy, well not only did they check it, but they fixed it, apparently some safety features doesnt matter how many miles is on something or how many owners. To cap it off, I couldt be happier, not only will my customer be in a safe reliable car but they will also not have to worry about the airbag system ,malfunctioning. AWESOME, I LOVE NICE PEOPLE.

Pulled in to look at Accords with only interest in a manual transmission. Within a few minutes a salesman, Anthony, informed us that he would NOT answer any of our questions that we had today because we werent ready to purchase and then proceeded to trash talk manual transmissions, knowing that thats all we were interested in. Not a particularly good sales technique. Will not be returning when the time comes to buy, despite the fact that the exact car we asked about was literally right behind him the whole time he was telling us that they didnt have any.

"We treat people better...Period" DEFINITELY NOT. Unnecessary comments were made after the negotiation (if you could even call it that) directly at us and as my husband and I were walking out, more loud, rude, inappropriate comments were made by the salesman to the others. I am glad my husband walked back to the office to defend me. The salesman behaved poorly and I would suggest they get trained in costumer service.

Rossi Honda was not only convenient, but did not have any pushy salespeople to harass you while you are looking. Juan Martinez my salesperson, along with the Sales Manager, Financial Manager, Jessica the online Manager and the Owner were all great to work with and got me exactly what I was looking for. Apparently all honda dealerships Ive been to are complete ***** you know what I mean. This rossi honda is no different. I went there twice in a 3 yr gap each salesman are ...oh I cant even say it. So now I only deal with team nissan excellent service and very friendly staff. I will never own a honda cause this bunch of people are complete stiffs

Worth the drive... I live and work in Cherry Hill but I dont mind the 45 minute drive to visit Rossi for world-class service. Jason Bender and the Rossi service team area class act and have reasonable service costs. I know if I bring my car here it will be cared for by professionals without being charged an arm and a leg.
