I heard about C&J Automotive from someone. I decided to give them a try on just an oil change, nothing major, just to see how they would do with my car and what the experience was like. Id had my car for about a year and noticed that it wasnt stopping as good as I thought it should but when I bought it, it was inspected by the dealer so I just assumed all was good. During the oil change, C&J determined that my rear brakes were nearly shot and they recommended I get them changed soon, if not now. I called my dealer asking them about the cars history and they said "Yeah, you are probably due now." Thankfully C&J was PROACTIVE in checking everything out, possibly saving me some real trouble later. They did a great job, and ultimately ended up charging me slightly less than what my dealership wanted to charge me. Most companies today either offer great service OR competitive prices. C&J provides BOTH!

These guys are knowledgeable, friendly and honest, which is a hard combination to come by in the automotive world. As a girl walking into a mechanic shop, they took time to explain things to me in manner that I understood and made recommendations for repairs. They were never pushy on services, which I truly appreciate, and in addition they are always extremely accommodating with my schedule. My husband also takes his BMW here (one of the few places in the area that specialize with these) and they always do a fantastic job. Just a great place overall. We wont take our cars anywhere else!

This place was great. It is attached to the Gulf station for those who have trouble finding it since they dont have a sign up yet. However, the staff were very friendly and personable. I got an appointment right away, and they were able to accommodate the uncertainty of my schedule. While waiting, they struck up a conversation and even offered me a snack while I was waiting. Overall, great auto shop that I would recommend to anyone. It is nice to see some people are still friendly :)

I have taken my car to C&J Automotive a few times now and they are nothing but professional and helpful. They are always willing to explain exactly what needs to be done to the car and why which for someone that knows little about cars is very helpful. Everyone there is very friendly and approachable. I will definitely be taking my car there again in the future.

I took my car to C&J and was very pleased. They dropped me off at work and then called me promptly with a quote. They were very quick and provided great service. I was impressed with the techs knowledge and ability to figure out and resolve the issues. My car has been running great since then. I would definitely bring my car back to C&J again.

We highly recommend bringing your car to C&J Automotive in Newtown Square! Everyone is very friendly and the service provided was excellent and super fast! Plus they even had Johnsons popcorn in the lobby for my kids to snack on...
