I own a 2010 BMW 328xi and recently had my car in to C & J for a tire installation/balancing and an alignment. I had a great experience dealing with Bob from start to finish...he was polite and patient, listened to what my concerns were and got my car in promptly to do the work on a Saturday (which was super convenient for me since I travel for work and need my car Mon-Fri). Tire installation was perfect - no damage to my wheels (which has sadly happened to me at other establishments where people just dont care). The alignment is great - I appreciated the before/after print outs. The prices were very reasonable and you can tell that keeping a customer is important to them. (They topped off my windshield washer fluid to make the warning light go off on the instrument cluster which saved me from making a trip to the store that day - thanks!) Based on my experience, Ill be bringing my car and my wifes car back to C & J...happy to have found a nice shop to do business with outside of taking it to the dealership.

My car was giving me problems and I stopped in and Bob took a look and recommended that I have them service it. He told me he would take a look and call me. Jack the owner was also at the shop and was very friendly and helpful. Jack offered to drive me home and pick me up when the car was ready.The next day after they checked out the car Bob called me and told me what the problems were and discussed the options and the price. He gave me his suggestion of what would be best. He called me when the car was ready, the time he said it would be, the price was very fair and my car was clean. So many times I have had my car repaired and the mechanics got grease on the carpet or the steering wheel, but not this time. My car was just as clean when i picked it up as when I dropped it off. They delivered what they said they would do and respect my car and kept it clean!! Its great to know I can trust them. I would highly recommend C&J Automotive.

Without a doubt, the most honest and trustworthy service provider Ive ever known. I came to find C&J through an old coworker when I had a 97 vw jetta with 140K miles on it and needed to replace the exhaust system. The car was only worth $1500 and my former mechanic quoted me $1400 to replace it. I ended up finding all of the parts online for $300 and was about to try installing them myself when my colleague said to call Bob at C&J. Explaining my situation, he told me to bring it up and only charged me $50 to install it. That was in 2003 and Ive been a loyal customer ever since. C&J is truly one of those "family owned" businesses you thought didnt exist anymore. Jack Sr. and now Jack Jr. always go above and beyond for their customers. So do yourself a favor and stop wasting your time and money by going to other shops. I honestly cant say enough good things about them.

TRUST and SERVICE you cant go wrong with C and J Automotive. Jack Crowley and his Clone Bob Schnell truly run an amazing Automotive Repair shop. They always, tell you the real deal, as to repairs, whats needed and whats not. They both go out of their way, to answer your questions, and to save their clients money. The loyalty of their clients of 20 years, is amazing. Ill never forget the conversation I heard in their lobby, of a young college girl, who brought her car in from Philadelphia, to have them look at it, and her Mom was there too, and they literally counseled both Mom and Daughter, as to the true state of the problem, and what was needed, and what was not. Worst technician and rude owner , please dont choose this shop and get messed up your car. They broke my mini cooper hitch cap and they try to pry the reverse lamp housing from front side and got lot of paint chips and scratches , now my mini looking bad, contacted for fix, manager accepted their mistakes in my email and after 3 days owner contacted me with rude language and warned me like you can talk to my attorney, I didnt understand why I need to talk to their attorney , since they had unprofessional work and mannerless management . Please be sure to choose right shop otherwise you will be treated like me by C&J .

We first began taking our Volvos, Chryslers and Buicks to C&J in 1993 after becoming disgusted with the competition who forbade us from entering the shop to see what was actually being done....due to insurance regulations, of course. Jack always spoke to us and explained the problem to our satisfaction. Jack helped us to make future car purchases so we would not be buying the cars he always saw coming in for all too frequent repairs. C & J Automotive do an excellent job. I have had the opportunity to use their service and to hear others speak highly about them. I left my car and they dropped me off at whatever location I wanted. I received a call shortly afterwards that my car was ready. My car is running great and the appointment cost was very affordable. They do a great job and are very professional! I would call them for any car issue and would gladly refer anyone to them. I am glad to hear that they are opening a second location in Newtown Square.

I have taken my cars to C & J for almost 10 years. I can always rely on quality and honest service. Bob takes care of what needs to be done at a fair price. He is knowledgeable about import cars, which is why I went to him the first time. I feel like the work he does on your car is something he would do on his car.
