BEWARE the mechanics are simply awful there!!! Im mechanically incline and usually do all my work on my car. Anyway I live 2 blocks away, so I decided to bring my car for a wheel alignment for performance reasons. After getting my first wheel alignment from them, I test drove the car on 76. When I reached 55mph my was shaking uncontrollably, i had to pull over 2 times because it was that dangerous to drive the car. Called them up to let them know. Brought it back to get it redone. Just before I picked up my car for 2nd time, I had visually inspected the my car in the lot and I noticed my wheels were all scuffed/ gouged all around! I was like WTF now!!! I went inside to tell the manager, Nicole, she showed me the coupling tools used and which identically matched to the circular scratches on my rims. She then offered to buy paint so I can repair it. I was like wft to myself?! Now Im totally pissed and insulted.

Take pictures of all of your wheels before going to this place, or better yet do not go to this place. Chipped two or three of my wheels changing the tires. Either lost or broke two lugs over torquing them on my car and told me they werent there when i brought the car in? Over torqued the lugs to the point where I bent a 3/8" breaker bar like it was play-doh trying to remove them myself later. Most likely warped the rotors a bit by over tightening so much. Couldnt even get enough leverage with the 1/2" breaker bar that I bought and couldnt find a pipe to extend it at the time, but eventually got them loose with a longer 3/4" breaker bar. Oh yeah and they left my car in the lot against a parking block in neutral (manual trans) without the parking brake on. I forget if the bumper was scraping against the parking block or not but was bar none the absolute worst experience I have had with any auto shop ever.

Wow, everyone seems down on this Tires Plus. I had just the opposite experience - perfect. Wifes 10yo minivan (yea, thats how we roll... were pretty hip) got a flat. A curb jumped out of a snow bank and struck our passenger front tire with a force that would surprise most - completely ruining the sidewall and requiring a replacement - not a fix. I called on a Monday morning @ 8am, was greeted by a nice tech who explained they did not have the exact model of tire we currently had, but something comparable for the make/model. 15 minutes later I was sitting in their waiting area, and 30 after that the car was driven to the side complete. Price was fair. Service was fast. Staff was friendly. All good. Give em a shot and check them out for yourself.

This is the second time I have made an appointment only to be put on the back burner by Tires Plus. Appointments are set, but if you leave your car there, you are treated as a walk in. Today my appointment was at noon. I arrived at 11:40, left my key. Was told that it would be a couple of hours (even though I made my appointment ONE WEEK ago). I went back to the store at 3 after not hearing a word only to see my car had not moved! Since moving here, I have had all of my maintenance and inspections done at this location simply because of the convenience of how close it is to my home. Never again.

Have been here several times. I dont post bad reviews ever but went out of my way to post this. Every time I have work done here I have to go back to get some thing fixed or corrected. They lost my wheel locks, they could not get the wheels sensor calibrated, they do several items on the list but forget to do inspection or something else on the list. When they lost my wheels locks they did not get factory wheel lock so I went to the dealer and they charged me money to cut off the locks because they dont have a key. The list goes on. Never going back. Should have learned my lesson the first time.

I really do like this company for tires. Not only does the company offer great warranties on tires and alignments, but great customer service. I visited the Bryn Mawr location on 8/22/2017 and was blown away by the customer service. From the time I scheduled the appointment, to drop off, in between the work, and pick up I couldnt help myself but to be happy. Everyone here was helpful, had a smile, and great personalities. Thank you for aiding with the filters full of acorns thanks to the pesky squirrels!! Much appreciated! Wonderful job to you all! =)

My car had more problems after bringing it to them. I brought it in for a coolant leak--they said they could not find a leak, even though I had been topping the car with coolant everyday for a week. Well, the coolant problem is still there, but now it has a new loud, grinding noise under the hood. It seems they checked my belts (even though I didnt ask for that), and they perhaps loosened the belt or tensioner and didnt replace it correctly. Thanks Tires Plus--stick to Tires Only. My fault for bringing a well-cared for car to this place

Very poorly skilled mechanics. I visited them twice with problems on my Audi A6 and neither time they were able to diagnose the problem. The 2nd time iw went with a problem on my electric seat not working and came back without it being fixed and an additional air bag light showing up. They quite obviously disowned the airbag light saying it could not be their prblem. On reading in the Internet it is easily known that playing with the electric seats can easily disarm the Air bag light. I will never eve take my car to them

I recently dropped off wheels to have tires mounted and balanced. Later that day i pick them up and proceed to put them on my car. I find out the tires are mounted backwards and the wheels are covered in scratches. I guess directionaI tires are new to them. Later I return to the store unsatisfied, and they remount the tires, but cant even mount them on my vehicle to make up for their mistake and my inconvenience. My thoughts are if they cant even do tires correctly, would you trust them doing any work on your car.

Thank God for this place. My car was having so many issues. I was afraid it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix it and that it woukd take more than a few days to repair. The Tires Plu crew here had my car in and out in within hours. The crew there is great and knows what they are doing. My car is running like brand new. Thank you Tires Plus!

I bought 4 new tires and one had a bad valve. When we went back three times they couldnt find the problem so its documented in their system. Now over a year later the tire is losing pressure and is dangerous. When I call I get put on hold and the I know its going to be another run around.
