Tires Plus they will misdiagnose your car and overcharge you. Let me start off by saying I have never written a review on the internet, but ethically I feel obligated to make my experience at the Berwyn Tires Plus known because its quite concerning. I have a 2012 Hyundai Elantra and the check engine light turned on so I had them run some diagnostics. They told me that all 4 of my spark plugs and the coils completely went and would need to be replaced. They told me I had uranium spark plugs and quoted them at $69 a piece totaling $416 with labor, and they also told me this wouldnt be covered under Hyundais warranty (there are only 44,000 miles on my car and "uranium" spark plugs are guarenteed for 110,000 miles). They told me I should do a fuel system tuneup and flush the system. They correctly diagnosed issues with my breaks and quoted the breaks at $175 (so that part was reasonable and fair). However, the total that they came up with was $970!!!! I called Hyundai and had them run diagnostics. They told me that the issue had absolutely nothing to do with the spark plugs, that I have platinum spark plugs not uranium, and they are completely fine. Hyundai told me the misfire had to do with an issue Hyundai cars were experiencing that they will replace under warranty. I called Tires Plus with my concerns that they would wrongfully charge me $416 for a service I do not need. Honestly, I feel as though they were trying to take advantange of me because I am not someone who knows cars, but I am smart enough to get a second opinion. If you use their service, always get a second opinion, but I recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Stopped there today after finding a large piece of scrap metal in my tire tread. I was worried that it may have punctured, so I didnt want to pull it without being able to patch if it had actually punctured. These guys were great. They got me in right away without issue, took the tire off, and pulled the metal. Fortunately, there was no puncture, and they were going to send me out with no charge (gave them a few bucks for the trouble). Would definitely go back to if I had a tire issue again.
