If I could rate them zero stars I would. I will never recommend this place to anyone and I HIGHLY suggest that no one ever takes their vehicles here, unless they want below satisfactory customer service. The manager was beyond rude and wouldnt even look me in the eyes and acted as if the work I was asking to be done on my car was an inconvenience. After taking my vehicle into the back to begin work I receive a phone call that they were REFUSING to work on my vehicle. When I got back there the mechanic wouldnt even let me in the door before shoving my keys at me. I cannot believe a place like this is still in business with the way they treat their customers.

Thank you to Meineke - especially Scott & Robert! We broke down on Route 95 south right outside the Delaware Welcome Center late afternoon on a Sunday. We made the call to Meineke immediately after we called for a tow truck. Scott stated that the garage would be open when we arrived - that they would wait for us beyond closing time! When the tow truck arrived, the driver thought that a couple of things could be wrong. Without knowing exactly what needed to be repaired. Scott went ahead and ordered parts for us. Robert stayed late to make the repair. Thank you!!!!

We stopped in due to a big clunking sound in our tire/ wheel base - mind you were on a 13 hr. drive from NC to VT on a busy Saturday morning. They quickly processed all of their clients and took care of us as soon as they could. After test driving it and putting it up on the rack, they couldnt find anything -- wouldnt you know it the rock that was in there had worked its way out. We all had a laugh and they sent us on our way with NO CHARGE. Thank you for your 30 minutes of effort and for being so helpful on such a busy morning.

Took my van in for an oil change and inspection of some exhaust noise I was hearing. When I got it back the interior smelled pretty strongly of cigarette smoke and there were ashes all over the inner drivers side door and the steering column. Seems like pretty basic business etiquette to not let that happen, and it made me wonder what other basics they may have missed on service of my vehicle. I called and let the manager know, and to his credit he seemed apologetic.

If I could post a zero, I would. I watched the service professional give smug responses to other customers, somehow hoping that if I was positive, hed respond with non-sarcastic responses to my direct questions. However, the service professional [guy in pic]and service technicians were: not helpful, smug, sarcastic, and down right insulting. Wish I would have gone to Midas. I will not be returning here and will make sure none of my friends or family do either.

I had struts installed. They over charged me ($920). My car broke down minutes after leaving. They left the cover from my air filter off and it caused dirt to go into a sensor (Mass Air flow sensor) They sent a kid with no tools or flashlight. I had to be towed waited for 2 hours and the next day they said I owed them $230 for replacing the sensor that they caused the damage to. Crooks! Thieves!

I took my mitsubishi last sunday for an oil change and i was in and out in no time. The service writer was super nice and kept me informed on what they were doing every once in a while. Its was pretty cheap and really worth it , they left my car sounding brand new. Happily going to come back for another oil change and maybe even a tune up.

I had an appointment for 9 am. I reached at 9.03 am and there were already 5-6 people in the queue. All I needed was a diagnosis and I had mentioned that in the online appointment. They didnt seem to have any record of the appointment. And they didnt care to honor it either. I was told to wait 3 hours! Of course, I was going to walk out.

They took my car right in with no appointment. They estimated the exhaust system repair at a reasonable price. I agreed to the work and it was done quickly while I waited. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Subsequently, the car passed inspection. I would return for similar work in the future.

I took my car there for the first time last week, for an exhaust leak. I didnt have to wait at all. My car was fixed in about an hour. The manager was friendly to everyone who walked in the door. He even gave me some helpful tips for other problems I was having with my car. I will be going back!

Have had brake pads replaced, A/C charged and diagnostic test done. Mechanics are capable and prices are reasonable. If you are looking to have basic repairs done that you cant/dont want to do yourself and dont want to be gouged by a dealership goto Meineke.

They did an oil change on my car and they said I needed new rotors and pads. Only went there because they are open on Sunday. Took my car to my regular guy and guess what - nothing wrong with them of course. Wont be going back.

The guy charged me much more for simple synthetic oil change which I had got done at sears at lower price I dont think to come back again here. Also the appointment you book at website does bot work here.
