SCAN ARTEST::::They are scan artest i went in there yester day with a cracked radiater and my car sputtering. The gentle men who i beleive to be the maniger tells me the they cant check the sputtering till they fix my radiater. As im sitting there waiting another customer whom had droped off his car because it would not start was called by the maniger and told that they needed to replace the battery before he could hook up to the car to see what was wrong with it. It appeared that the ower asked well how much? And the gentlemen replide and said well is going to be 203$ . Im telling my self what type of battery cost 203$, the owner of the car seam a little disturbed because he started asking questions that seam to be upseting the maniger as he rolled his eyes and got lauder with the customer. He continued to twll him that he needed a new battery in order to see what was wrong with the car. He said i dont have a battery to test your car and making faces, now im getting a little upset the way he is gandeling the customer when finaly the owner says ok put the new 203$ battery in. By then they call me to the back to show me what i already new that i had a cracked radiater,but as in walking back i can see several batterys laying aroung and jump kits so now i know he was lying to the previus customer. He then tells me that it will cost me 879$ to get my radiater switched and then i would have to pay 80$ to see what ells is wrong. "Sound familiar "i told him no thanks and proceded to call the dealership i got my car from and had my trucked towed away to them.but as im waiting for my truck to be towed i watched them put the new battery in the car that i was telling you about and nothing the car still did the same thing they didnt hook up nothing like he was telling the previus customer to get him to buy the battery they just kept choking the hell out the car and spraying under the hood. A hr kater my dealer called me saying is going to be 254$ for the radiater and my worrenty covered my bad fuel pump.thats about 500$ less and u wasent charged for checking my sputtering and figuring it out. PLZ BE CAREFUL THESE GUYS DONT KNOW WHAT THEY DOING SOECIALY THE MANIGER HE QAS MORE INTERESTED IN LEAVING EARLY TO GO FIX A FERNICE IN ONE OF HIS PROPERTY. HE LOOKS LIKE A ACCOUNTIN INSTEAD OF A MECHANIC BUT TALKS A GOOD GAME DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE JUST GUESSING PLZ DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY LOOK AROWN THEY ARE THIEVES.. I WILL BE REPORTING THE MANIGER TO THE BUISSNES BEURO AND TO CORPORET..THE ONLEY REASON I GAVE THEM A STAR IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO GIVE SOMTHING IN ORDER TO LEAVE THE COMENT

I drove in on a busy Saturday after noticing the smell of exhaust in my car when the heat was on. The car was being looked at within a few minutes of arriving, and after ten minutes the mechanic came out and showed me that the last place that had changed my oil had left the cap off. They filled the leaked oil up for me, and said no charge - absolutely incredible service. Theyll have my business for the foreseeable future.

When for a check engine they told me prize and that it will take about 1 hr. After a few minutes they told me it was missing oil only but if problems proceeds to check with dealer . for this they didnt charge anything they where very friendly and informative for sure will go back for my oil change and recommend them

Great customer service and fast turnaround, and the pricing was fair. The mechanic walked us through the problems, and Pete in the office was very friendly and helpful with deciding what to prioritize and what our options were. Well definitely be back!
