This was my first time at Ironclad Gym. I loved my experience there. The atmosphere was awesome, and they have state of the art equipment. Its owned and operated by pro bodybuilders. Ella was my personal trainer for the day, and she kicked my butt. She definitely has a lot of knowledge and experience. She was able to help me organize a meal plan, took measurements, and planned out an exercise routine for next week. Forget those big chain gyms. If you want results this is the place to be!
