When I dropped my car off, the owner, John looked me in the eyes and said We should have your car fixed up for you by the end of April at the latest." Well after 52 days, I finally got my car back. I didnt choose R & R as my insurance company provided limited options, but given the choice, I would NEVER return to R & R. I was in a very minor rear-end collision and the damage report showed items such as my AC needing to be repaired. This was a bit surprising to me as I drove the car for 6 weeks prior to dropping it off and the AC was functioning fine in my 2017 Lincoln. The final excuse that really frustrated me was at towards the end of my dealings with this company. The owner calls me to explain how the AC repair requires them to have my car towed back and forth to the dealer because they dont have the tools needed to fix my car. How awesome! The only good thing I can say about R & R is that they are very good at telling customers their car is going to be delayed with what seems like a multitude of excuses at their disposal. From supposed back ordered parts that the dealer had in stock to not having the correct tools to complete the job, this was a nightmare of a body repair compared to any other body work Ive had done on any vehicle.

***Use them at your own risk*** Over promised, under delivered. It takes a lot for me to write a review. This place now has my full attention. Theyve had my truck for 15 business days, as I write this. Ive been quoted pick up days twice now. Spoken with the "estimator" Max, three times, and never once have they called me; Ive had to call them. Each time they have an excuse as to why they need more time. I finally spoke to the owner John (?) today. His excuses for the delays are as follows..."Were really busy.", "Im short handed on staff.", "The insurance companies push me to fix the little repairs first." and the best one of all, "These darn insurance companies keep sending me cars to fix." Ive put the bug in my insurance companys ear that these guys are sketchy at best. I truly caution anyone reading this.

We had our car serviced at Car Star - R&R Collision. They were referred by our insurance company. The Customer Service was outstanding! They kept us updated throughout the repair and had it completed on time, as promised. The Owner, John OHara, personally inspected our vehicle after repairs were completed and gave us a lifetime warrenty on all services. John is personable, courtious and thorough, as his staff. The shop is clean and comfortable. Also, the shop has a family atmosphere where everyone is friendly as well as professional. Thats not easy to find in this day and age.

Extremely unsatisfied they had my car for 2 days short of 3 months on an estimate of 4900 dollars when i got the car back they hadnt replaced a thing just tried to half ass it the rims are still scratched the brake lines and suspension still squeek its a 2015 with 20k miles on it there customer service is absolute dogshit the only good part was levi tries to help out but the owner just wants to make the extra buck so he cant i would not recommend this place to anyone in florida and my 76000 youtube followers will all know what this place is about

I went to this place for repairs and received a quote from a guy named John who said he was the owner. He did not deliver on time and every time I stopped by his place to get my car he was busy on the phone taking to women or laughing about pictures on the net. I finally got my got and I had problems. When I tried to take it back he said it was all done and after much discussion he finally fixed my complaint. I would not use his shop.
