This was my second time buying from Klaben Ford and more importantly Don Batten. My wife and I were looking at new vehicles and Don with the help of Mike, made this process enjoyable. As I mentioned this is the second time, Ive dealt with Don. Anyone looking to buy from Klaben would be lucky to get to work with him. He has a great attitude and is able to keep what can be a stressful process, light and upbeat. Most importantly he is willing to work with you. I was upfront with Don about about what my end goal was of purchasing two vehicles and he was able to facilitate the process seamlessly. He also took the extra time to "personalize" my wifes vehicle after the paperwork was signed while I was transferring my belongings out of my truck. Before I had finished cleaning it out he had connected her phone and and set all her radio presets while pointing out a few other options to her(Like the remote start that she can do through an app on her phone). She is thrilled with her new Escape! I had to go back to pick up an accessory they needed to order today and Don spent 20 minutes talking with me and answering a few more questions of mine! His service doesnt end at the time of sale. The first time I went to Klaben, Don was the reason I bought from the dealership and hes 110% the reason I came back a second time. Ive even begun having service done here as well since purchasing my vehicles! Mike was great too, since we were purchasing two vehicles we had the pleasure of working with another salesman throughout the process. While Don worked on getting everything squared away with vehicle #1. Mike took my wife and I down to the lot to look at the Escapes and explain the differences in each trim package as well as some new features to the model year. He brought a second vehicle up for us as my wife couldnt decide which color she liked. They were both very personable and again made a process most people dread into an enjoyable afternoon with my wife. I just wanted to thank Don again, and Mike for helping us get two new vehicles! I know the next car we buy will be from Klaben again and will make sure I get to work with either one of them again! If you are looking for a Ford in this area, youd be silly to not stop in at Klaben Ford and talk to either Don or Mike. I guarantee you wont want to go anywhere else after! Thanks!

My family has been a loyal Klaben service customer for years on vehicles we purchased from other dealerships in the area, new and used (Mike and Kim are exceptional!). So we decided to shop Klaben at the beginning of my wifes new car purchase process this time around. Before going on, I have to qualify my comments by saying that product has to be excellent before the dealership can show their stuff, and Lincoln has made it possible to steer away from the BMWs and Lexuses, which weve also owned. There was never any pressure to buy, just courteous follow-up making us not feel forgotten when we werent ready. The process took us a couple of months to research, do initial reviews of finalists (BMW, Lexus, as well as another Lincoln dealer), and do our own little cost-benefit analysis before we finally settled on the make/model we desired, a 2017 Lincoln MKX Reserve. It was clear to my wife and me that the sales group works as a team. Between our visits together and her trips alone, we probably visited Klaben five times! More than one associate participated in the process of hosting us, scheduling test drives, presenting and explaining options, and then putting a comprehensive deal together including a very solid trade-in offer, and getting us through an efficient financing and orientation process (the latter happening same-day we decided to pull the trigger). More than just the four listed below were also involved behind the scenes - kudos! I believe the difference between Klaben and other dealerships is the culture. Every associate I met seemed loyal, hard-working, and truly customer-centric. Its evident they invest heavily in training. That came through in product knowledge (pre- and post-sale) and efficiency (contracts & financing were handled very quickly). I suspect there is very little turnover in the sales, finance and management group - I know that to be the case with the service group. Klaben employees seem to feel trusted and empowered and extend that to the customer experience. Theres no doubt the new car purchasing process can seem daunting. I never once felt anyone at Klaben was trying to get advantage over us during the process. As I result, 2 days later we purchased a cream puff used car for me from Klaben! Win-win-win!!! :)

Wow, not sure that I can hit on everything that made this the best experience ever. Dave and Kenny, are simply AWESOME and the number 1 reason for making this the best car buying experience ever. The day started with my plan to buy out the Fusion that I had been leasing. I was convinced that this was the best deal for me and was not going to be derailed. So, Kenny and Dave, listened patiently and respectfully to what I thought was the best deal for me. Then, they hit me with an offer that I just could not believe. So, my wife and I continued questioning it, and thinking what is the catch. We finally realized after discussing (without pressure from either Dave or Kenny) how that what we wanted definitely was not the best for us to take, and that they truly had our best interest at the top of their list and not just making a sale. Talk, about restoring our faith in salesmen and the whole car purchase process. They, could have gone with what I thought was right (which would have been easier for them, and not so great for me). They never smirked, laughed or made me feel that what I was requesting was not close to being a good deal for me. They repeatedly said, we are here to do what you want, but they would walk away feeling that they did not provide us (the customer) with the best deal. I really can’t say enough about Dave or Kenny –but want to again thank you and say God Bless you both. I also want to thank the Klaben family as well, you are top notch in every way. The atmosphere you have developed at Klaben Kent Lincoln is outstanding – top notch. Dave and Kenny are exceptional, everyone that we came across the 2 days that we were there made us feel at home, everyone we came across was smiling and always engaging in friendly conversation with my entire family. Thank you! Cant say enough about you guys and love the Certified Pre-Owned and my 2015 Ford Fusion -- thank-you!!!

I have been dealing with Klaben Ford and Mike Cooney for many years. He understands what I am looking for when I walk through the door, and when I walk out the door it has been accomplished. Never a pushy over the top salesmen, he informs me of my options, and together we pick whats best for me. I trust him completely to help me, I trust that he cares more about my needs and situations above and goals or statistics, he may need to fill. The paperwork runs through quickly and without problems. He values my time and schedule and I appreciate that. This last visit enabled me to purchase something far beyond what I had imagined I could do and I could not be happier. I worked with Dave Mott to term out a lease and that took all of about 3 minutes of my time. He had everything ready to go for me. A couple of signatures and that task was off my "end of year to do list. On my replacement purchase, Christine Klaben worked with me for the financing and title work. She was very informative and explained all the items I needed to sign and I trusted her recommendations on extended warranty options. Together we found what worked for me. All the while keeping in mind getting the most benefit without raising my payment out of my budget. This purchase had some financing issues that were much different from my prior purchases and I have to thank Rich Klaben for taking the time to personally sit down with me and giving me options and offers that were best for me. He gave me his word, that something could be worked out and he kept it. He personally made it happen to my advantage. It is not often that someone at the top of a large dealership gets so personally involved. I can not express enough my gratitude for his help. As far as I am concerned, There is no other auto dealers out there, Klaben is my first and foremost choice. I would recommend them all day, everyday, Top of the Line.
