There were a few repair shops that I found on Yelp that repair German cars like my Audi A8L, and Audi Sarasota was also available. However we were put off by the possible cost of OEM parts to fix the air suspension system and I wanted to drive it as little as possible to avoid further trouble. Also, we had a road trip planned the following week so time was a concern. H3 was the closest one to me so I took it there on a Thursday morning. They had a full workload that day. Eric called me back that afternoon and described what was needed and the cost. He said they could get it done by the next day, and they did. When we went to get the car he and his team showed us the old parts and explained patiently what went wrong. They had seen this happen many times on other German makes so I felt they were knowledgeable about German cars. We feel they are a great choice for any repairs and service our car might need in the future and I would have no problem recommending them.

RUN AWAY!!! Had a simple transmission flush done at 100K and the next week my car was not safe to drive. It would slip out of gear while up shifting cuasing power loss, slam into first gear at a complete stop so hard we though someone hit us from behind and became a safety hazard to drive. I looked up the symptoms online and they all pointed to having severe low transmission fluid. I brought it back and the owner himself accused me of lying and attempting to cheat them and said he test drove it personally before they did any work on it....sure. Too bad I was the only one in the shop at the time so others could see how customers are treated. After they had it a while, he said the fluid was "a little low" and they were going to add more. He told me the little amount they added wouldnt have made a difference but it now drives just as smooth as it did before. I cant imagine the damamge I did to my transmission the week while I drove it with low fluid.

We brought our sons 2000 Jeep Cherokee in for a coolant problem; the radiator had cracked and coolant went gushing across our garage. They replaced the radiator, pressure checked the system and refilled with coolant for a very reasonable price. The cost for the radiator was no different than what I would have paid for it online or at an auto parts store. We had to bring it back for an additional coolant problem - slight overheating at standstill. They replaced the relay for the auxiliary fan for all of $11. Ive never left a repair shop having paid cash for anything. They are extremely helpful and willing to work within your budget. We have found a local garage for all our auto needs when outside of warranty work. I am extremely happy I took a chance on them and would heartily recommend them to anyone.

I brought my Cobra Mustang to H3 for some difficult repair work and they did a fantastic job. I didnt want to bring my car to the dealership and pay twice as much, while finding a good mechanic that could work on a complicated supercharged motor. They gave me an upfront quote for the work and while I was waiting the local parts dealer was dropping one of his delivery trucks off for some maintenance. I knew if this is where the parts guy brings his vehicle, then I must be in right place. I highly recommend this honest family owned business whether you need a simple oil change or highly technical complicated work done. Youll be treated fairly and the job will be done right by skilled mechanics. Best auto repair shop in the Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch area.

I have taken my 91 Mustang with a 347 Stroker to them several times. Sometimes for installation of new add ons, sometimes advice. They are always courteous and very helpful with my questions on tuning a high performance car. They are beyond a doubt, the best shop around! Their work is flawless and the pricing is always fair.
