The Rejected One

My experience was HORRIBLE here and UNPROFESSIONAL. Some property out of my vehicle which was towed there was missing upon me picking up my vehicle. So I attempted to speak with the owner JO ANN about it and she was rude and short with me. And one of her employees didnt get her name but shes a white woman with LONG BLACK hair she came out talking to me about the missing property being short and brute with me as well while I was attempting to look for my missing property in my vehicle. Between the OWNER AND the lady with the long black hair they didn t even have their information together one was telling me one thing the other thing was another then they claim I didnt know what I was talking about when I spoke with one or the OTHER. They made me feel inferior Im not sure if it was because of my skin color or what seeing that I am BLACK. Other customers came in and they werent raising there voice or hanging up the phone with those customers. I feel that was unfair. So anyway to make a long story short I dont recommend this company to anyone if YOU DONT WANT YOUR PROPERTY STOLEN more information but too much to text.

I was introduced to Sun Point Automotive & Towing via AAA Emergency Services. I experienced a tire blowout on I-75, just south of exit 250 this morning. DeWitt is the name of the driver who attended to my vehicle and towed me to my mechanic. He clearly knew what he was doing, as he safely and securely fashioned my 2000 Ford Ranger atop his flat bed in no time. DeWitt was courteous and polite. Hes also a positive representative of your company. He was engaging with me in casual but genuine chatter during our trip from the side of the interstate to the safe haven of my mechanics lot. My family was stranded on I75 today for over 3hrs after our tire blew out. After miscommunication by AAA, Sun Point was called to come assist us. I am 8months pregnant (high risk) and I had my 9yr old, 7yr old, and twin 4yr olds huddled in the shade while my husband handled the issue with the van. The gentlemen from Sun Point were so very kind, they even brought a minivan and offered to take me and the kids to the Walmart tire shop while my husband rode with the tow truck. After a long, hot couple hours on the road, the help and the A/C was much appreciated. These guys were top notch and they saved the day. Thanks!!

I was connected with Sun Point through AAA and had a really fantastic experience. My car overheated on I-75 and as a gold member of AAA I was able to have my car towed back to Tampa from Ruskin. Troy picked me up, handled my car very gently, and was so nice and hospitable during our 20 minute drive. He was more like an old friend than a stranger. He made me feel totally comfortable and like I was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Sun Point to anyone needing a tow in the Ruskin area.

Becareful with this place, im a single mom and last year my jeep broke down i called aaa and sunpoint showed up, the driver was very nice but he recomended me to their repair shop and told me it was the starter, i paid them about 400,00 but a few months later i found out they never replaced it, i had the original factory. Do not come here, its a rip off.
