We had just moved Ruskin and were unfamiliar with the area. On my way to my new job my car started losing control and I knew my car fixed right away. I asked my coworkers who they knew in Ruskin. It turned out the girl next to me had a family member that she recommended. I called and was so impressed with the customer service. I explained my situation and was quickley informed of my options. The most unique service offered was the pictures sent through text message. Anthony at Zerbos sent me pictures of the parts of my car that were broken and the new/used parts he could order. It was informative as well as educational. The prices were more than reasonable and another great surprise. Zerbos is very quick and efficient and I will definately be going back....and just recently have! The service was the same and I feel very safe taking my car there! I would definately recommend Zerbos to everyone!

I was referred here by a coworker to replace one of my belts on my car. Since I just moved to Florida I didnt know where to take it or who would be a honest mechanic. Once they started working on my car they told me I needed 2 more belts replaced. Instead of just telling me, they actually took the belts off and showed me why they needed to be replaced. They educated me on what those belts purpose was for as well. I was able to see them throw away the old belts rather than just taking their word for it. They were extremely helpful, reasonable, trustworthy, dependable, and honest. It feels good to know I now have a trustworthy auto shop to take my car to for ALL my car needs.

I purchased a 1990 Ford F350 and needed a good diesel mechanic to make the repairs. My brother referred me to Zerbo Auto Works. He refused to recommend anyone else. I am glad that I followed my brothers advice. Their customer service is exceptional. They listened to what I needed repaired and provided a timeline of completion based on part availability. They exceeded the timeline and allowed me to pick up my truck after hours, as I was traveling to a job site in Miami. I now take my vehicles to Zerbo Auto Works.

My coffee Truck had an issue while I was at the Hillsborough Community College. I found Zerbo on Google. Called them up, briefly explained my situation. Not only they CAME TO where I was, They drove the truck to their garage, ordered the part and in 24 hours, I AM BACK in business. Awesome service! After several large quotes from other shops I was able to explain what I needed and it was a fraction of the cost with Zebro Auto! Really appreciated the honesty and there wasnt any BS if you know what I mean... Great group of guys and it was great to finally get auto repairs done with a neighborhood kind of feel! Not only was I able to get the car repaired that same day, but Anthony searched around the Tampa Bay area to make sure I got my replacement part at the best price. Moved around the corner from this place a couple of months ago. We were looking for a mechanic and were so happy we checked this place out! Good and Honest work. Great prices and Great service! Stop by here when i notice my car was having a rough idle found out it needed a tune up and a new oil gasket they were well priced and treated me very well. i recommend to any one with car issues to stop here for a fair price and good customer service.
