Tuffy on SR 70 the best in town. They are super friendly, honest and always explain exactly what is going on with my car in lemans terms so I understand completely. I have never once felt ripped off or taken advantage of and that is saying a lot as a female. They always do great work and provide exceptional service. I go there for routine maintenance (like oil changes) as well as some major problems I have had driving an older vehicle with a lot of miles. Everything is reasonably priced (since I always do my research). The place itself is very inviting, super clean and comfortable so if I have to wait I feel like I am in a luxury dealership. Even clean bathrooms!! I have only great things to say about Tuffy and recommend it to all my friends, family & coworkers.

I have to say I feel ripped off. A rather simply repair, replacing a starter in a 2005 Toyota Corrolla cost $450.00. Tuffys charged $89 for a no start diagnostic, after they told me it would be $40. The starter cost $222.73, which can be easily found online for $80-$135. Labor was $89.00. They tack on another $24.04 for something called SHP Supply. I will never return and suggest you look elsewhere.

In all my years getting auto service on my car I cannot believe what a warm and friendly staff they have at Tuffy Tire & Auto Services Center. I was told everything that was wrong with my car and very swiftly went to work and solved my problem. I am very impressed with the honesty that was displayed for I have never felt like they were taking advantage like so many other auto repair shops will do.

These guys are always so nice to me. This is the only Tuffy store that I trust to do anything with my car. Ive been going there for a couple years now and its still the same people there, which shows a lot and its a good thing to me. They never try to upsell me or rip me off and I always recommend them to everyone in town. Awesome team here!!

They installed faulty parts on my vehicle, had to take it back three times! Asked for my fluid to be topped off and ball joints to be greased, turns out that they didnt. My front differential case had bolts EXTREMELY loose which caused leaking, they didnt attempt to tighten anything when "topping off the fluid".

I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS REPAIR SHOP. THEIR WAITING AREA WAS NICE AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY SERVICED MY BRAKES AND GAVE ME A LIFETIME / NATION WIDE WARRANTY ON BRAKE PADS. I WOULD DEFINITELY THEM RECOMMEND TO ANYONE I KNOW.
