I have lived in almost every state on the eastern seaboard, and the first thing I look for when settling in is a GOOD & Fair Automotive Mechanic shop. Let me tell you, Bob & Cindy of “Willow Bend Automotive” is the best shop I have ever put ANY of my vehicles in for repair! Bob & Cindy are the most honest people you will ever come across in the auto repair business. They have repaired my Cadillac Escalade ESV, & saved me a couple thousand dollars to a quote I got at my local Cadillac dealer. Most recently, Bob, Cindy & their crew mechanically restored my Alfa Romeo after it sat in storage for more than 6-years. I won’t give the number I planned on spending to get my Alfa running & back on the road again, but I’ll say this…they did it for about 30% of what I was expecting to pay. These guys are the best! They repair it ONCE, & you don’t have to worry about rather it was done correctly, or did they replace parts you never needed. Everyone one else wanted to charge me an arm & leg just because it was an Alfa Romeo or an Escalade! So if you need minor or major repairs done & NO MATTER what the make or model of your car/truck/suv…..I Strongly recommend you stop in and talk to Bob & Cindy of “Willow Bend Automotive TODAY! I promise, you will leave as happy as I did & use that extra money you saved to buy overpriced gas! Thank to Bob, Cindy, & the rest of the Team for several GREAT jobs done for me & my referrals! I took my car here twice. Twice only because they did not do the oil change correctly and my car leaked oil to the point where my car broke down. I had noticed a little bit of oil in the parking lot on the day of my oil change, but I live in an apartment complex so I didnt think it was my car. 16 days after they did an oil change, my car was broken down on the side of the road. My car had continued to leak and it went unnoticed by me... how does an auto shop with 4.9 star ratings mess up an oil change?? Whats even worse than them messing up an oil change is that they argued with me about it being their fault and were reluctant to even act like they did anything wrong. The owner (woman) argued with me and portrayed the worst possible customer service I could have ever imagined. Dont get me wrong, I wasnt the most pleasant person ever, but only after they kept saying "there could be a tons of other things wrong with it!" and trying to dodge accepting responsibility. In the end, they admitted fault, said the oil filter wasnt placed properly and offered me a free oil change if I choose to ever come back. I had considered it. However, my car has continued to leak oil and finally my brother and father are taking it to someone else who can AT LEAST do an oil change correctly. Do not trust these ratings people... they must all be friends and family.

I recently dropped $470 on my car for some transmission "issues" at an Aamco and they told me to come back to get my shocks and struts done soon. A week later I go and get new tires at Firestone and they said they can also inspect my car while they were at it. Firestone gives me a laundry list of "recommended things" that I need done for my car for $830 dollars one of them being "shocks and struts". I heard great things about Willow Bend Automotive so I decided to give them a chance. I was instantly pleased with how generous their customer service was and how honest these guys were. I showed them what Firestone "recommended" I need to get done on my car (shocks and struts) and Will Bend Automotive shaved off $630 dollars off and ACTUALLY fixed what really needed to get done. Oh and the ironic part of what needed to get done on my car was NEVER the shocks and struts to begin with, go figure. I dont know about the rest of you but finding an honest mechanic is like winning the lottery, almost impossible. So Im happy to report in I won the lottery with Willow Bend Automotive and will come to them for future car repair services. I highly and strongly suggest Willow Bend Automotive to anyone.

Willow Bend Automotive is an absolutely amazing auto repair shop! They conduct their business with 100% integrity and fairness, and equally important, they provide top notch service. Prior to discovering Willow Bend, our family tried all of the other "major players" in our area and never quite felt satisfied with the level of care our cars received, nor with the prices we were charged. All of that changed when we decided to bring our car to Willow Bend. Not only are they excellent mechanics who offer superior care at more than affordable prices, they are truly good people! You can have complete confidence knowing that they will accurately and honestly diagnose the issue, and more importantly, take care of it to your satisfaction! Cindy and Bob truly care about delivering consistent levels of excellence to their customers and are very welcoming and pleasant to deal with as well! I give them my highest recommendation!

I was looking for a trusted place to have an oil leak on my 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan repaired. I selected Willow Bend Automotive after seeing all of the positive reviews their customers had posted. Cindy provided terrific customer service when I dropped off the van. Bob called me within an hour to let me know what was causing the leak and what needed to be fixed. When I asked how much the charge was going to be Cindy said, "No Charge". I couldnt believe my ears and asked the question again because I thought she didnt hear my question. She said they were able to fix the problem as I had requested and there would be no charge. Talk about Positively Outrageous Customer Service!! They have made a customer for life and I will enthusiastically recommend Willow Bend to all my friends and family. Bob and Cindy are amazing business owners!

Hey, you know that song by Bobby McFerrin---"Dont Worry be Happy"? Thats for anybody who takes their vehicle to Willow Bend Automotive repair. Your automotive troubles will be over and youll be back on the road in no time. These are professionals and the technicians are phenomenal at fixing everything auto-related. Electrical, Mechanical, Internal Motor issues, A/C work, Brakes/Rotors, Cooling System,Tune-ups, Oil Changes, whatever---it does not matter, these folks can make it right the first time. I have had multiple repairs performed on both of my family vehicles. Always top-notch, always on-time, always a fair price. If you want to save yourself some lost time, driving all over town looking for an honest repair shop---just pull into Willow Bend Automotive and make an appointment. You will not Worry AND you will be Happy!

Lets face it, Good mechanics are hard to find! Over the years, I have been to my share of garages for various service needs and remember leaving there thinking never again. When good friends of ours recommended Willow Bend Automotive, I gave them a try. All I can say is my search is over. I will never trust my vehicles to anyone else again.
