Probably the worst experience with a mechanic that ive ever had. I went to Coachman because my usual mechanic was backed up 3 weeks. I needed a simple brake job done. Replace brake pads and rotors cut. I provided the mechanic with the pads. I was told my brake caliper was broken so I had to pay $200 to fix it on my Lexus. Didnt mind. I was also given a hard time about having my rotors cut. But after talking to the actual mechanic and not Frank I was able to just have them cut. My bill was $406. Went on my way and that was it. About a day later or so I started hearing a serious vibration in my right front tire. I took it back after about a week and they put my car up on the lift and started to take my tires off and in doing so started snapping off my lug nuts. 6 in total. So i had to pay to replace the lug bolts on my hub. Still annoyed but it was nothing too serious so I paid it and left. The next day a Check VSC light came on in my car. I was feeling extremely aggravated so I took my car to my usual mechanic and paid an $80 diagnostic fee. My mechanic found that Coachman put my left hub on the right side and my right on the left. This was going to require about $250 in labor to switch them back. I called Coachman and calmly told them what the issue was. This is when I was screamed at by FRANK that "HE WAS DONE WITH ME, HE WASNT FIXING IT...etc etc" I honestly couldnt believe how this company was treating a paying customer. I had given them almost $500 and went in for a simple brake job. Now I know why people stick with one mechanic and NEVER use another one. Im not one to write reviews about companies but felt obligated to after this terrible experience.

Very upset , I called a week ahead and needed a turbocharger installed on my car and gave them the vin number so they could get the parts , they called me friday and said to have the car there by monday that they could do the job in one day , they knew i was coming from across the state and I dropped it off sunday night so it would be cool to work on and got a motel ,,, as I was checking out of the motel, Coachman called me to tell me they could not get my parts, which I told them they said they had them friday and to come on , the man said he always ordered the parts the day he was doing a job and his supplier could not get the part I needed ,,, they then said the part I needed was special and the cheapest they could get was 1400 dollars and I called NAPA and that same part was 1000 dollars,, If they had checked on the parts when they said they had we would have known this ,,, I had also told them I had broken the air slave on my EGR valve but they hooked their tester inside to the module and said the egr valve checked out fine and they never looked under the hood,,,,, Coachmans failure to properly check for parts cost me a days work , 7 hours of driving and a motel room all for nothing and I still have a broken car ,,,, this is not how you treat new referral customers ....... this is total disrespect of me and my business

Excellent! After years of attempts and more than my share of apparently finding the worst mechanics in the area.. Im relieved to finally have found Coachman Automotive..a very clean, well run, fully equipped place that handles business like professionals. They were honest, the cost was very fair, the service was done quicker than estimated and Frank went out of his way to make things right. Its never fun taking a car in for repair but always good to know youre in capable hands when the time comes. They made my experience there as close to a pleasure as a car repair can be. If youre tired of being ripped off or taken advantage of do yourself a favor and go to Coachman Automotive. As far as my experience goes, I have found them to be the best in the area bar none. I wont be going anywhere else with my cars. I highly recommend them. Thank you Frank!

I have a 2003 RAV4, and it had a variety of problems (electrics, a leak, etc.). Coachman Auto actually did a complete diagnostic and investigation of all of my concerns totally for free!! and in the end, they were (Frank and his team were) extremely honest about what needed to be done and what could wait/not be done. They also seem to have solved or at least mostly solved a very complex leak problem. And, much work was done for less than $400 total! I would highly recommend them! Nicki

We previously had some major service done on my wifes Honda and were very pleased with the quality, cleanliness and price. Also the car was completed when promised. Several weeks ago I in countered an issue on my car on the way home from work so I detoured to the shop. After s quick diagnosis, I wax told it was the water pump and they had one on the way. That was at 2:30 pm. At 3:31 I was back on the road home. What a relief after a 12 hr day. You guys are great! Thank you.

Frank Senior and Frank Junior are honest mechanics that do a good job. Take your car here before you go to the dealer. dont even waste your money! I have been coming here since 2014 with my truck and car and they are great. I have compared them to dealer quotes many timesnand they have saved me THOUSANDS of dollars in better pricing and letting me know what was not improtant that the dealers added on.

Bad service! And over charges. Wanted to charge over $1200 to fix my ac, I got quoted $350 elsewhere, when I told them I didnt want to have it fixed there, and I was coming to pick it up, they keyed my door, then claimed it wasnt them (hello, it was in there shop). Later my son when there, and they kept his personal items after his car was declared totaled and had to be towed to a salvage yard.

Had two vehicles serviced there today. 2009 Ford F150 had all fluids drained and changed (transmission, brake, and cooling system) and Induction Service. 2007 Toyota Rav4 oil change only. I was very pleased with the service and will certainly use them again. Much better pricing than the dealership and they seem much more trustworthy.

I was in the area between appointments and recalled I wanted to have my A/C Checked before it got too hot. It had been tricky lately. They took me in without an appointment. They were friendly and courteous. I definitely recommend them and will be back soon, I even signed up for their alerts for deals and specials.

Listen up Canadians dont take your vehicle anywhere else! These guys are honest and skilled. Very rare these days. I needed a few things done for my VW Beetle while I was down there this past winter and Frank had his guys on it asap and was reasonable with the price. Thanks Frank Kurtis from Canada Cheers
