I had the fortunate encounter with Hiram Perez on 3/4/17 when my car broke down. One of the ball joints broke and there could have been compounding problems with trying to get my car up the ramp of the tow truck. However, Hiram mitigated the problems by working hard and doing everything possible to lessen the damage. Because of his expertise, there was no damage done and I was able to repair my car without further expense. Because I know nothing about cars, I was gravely concerned about a "broken ball joint." Hiram even went so far as to go underneath my car (on a very hot day) and take pictures so I could see what he was talking about. I would recommend Hiram/Pinellas Auto Body as your #1 place to call when you have car trouble. Well done Hiram!

Outstanding!!! There really are no words to describe how wonderful everyone is that work here. From the men (had to get towed FIVE times this year) and each and every time they were patient kind and went to far lengths to help me and even joke around to make a crappy situation so much better. To the great staff there to answer your calls. They have always provided a great estimate and the two times i needed to get work done i have been so pleased. Would highly recommend.
