We brought are truck to this Pep Boys for a balance check of our tires we purchased elsewhere and had shamefully had picked Wally Worlds auto dept.to mount and balance just a few months ago. Sean the manager at Pep Boys Port Richey says he can check for no charge to see if the vibrating at 53 mph is from bad balancing. Sure thing Sean calls me to the door that goes out to garage and says "See that lit up number 7 on the right side, thats how many ounces that have to be added to rim and tire and thats coming straight off your truck". Unreal and we had paid for those to be balanced when we had new Nittos not even 1200 miles ago mounted at freaking Wally World!!! Never again! Sean and his crew did all four for us at a discount no less and we were treated like gold while we waited. Even got a text when they were done while sitting there. lol We have since driven up to 65 with no vibrations and pulled our enclosed work trailer and its a perfect ride. We are leaving on a long trip up the coast from Fl. to Mass. thanks to these great guys, now that the truck cruises like straight luxury now! Thanks Sean and Team at Port Richey Pep Boys! We will only do business with yall from now on!

I went in for new tires yesterday. Even though they didnt have my size tires in stock when I arrived, Sean the store manager ordered them from another store. He made sure that I got the white walls that were requested. He was very nice and helpful. Keeping me up to date, with the estimated arrival of the tires. The store was clean, The waiting area was nice and there was a Keurig for a nice cup of coffee while I waited. Having a toddler with me, a clean place to wait is very important. Once the tires arrived they were installed promptly. Overall an excellent experience. The only thing that would have made it better was if the soda vending machine sold Diet coke. ;)

I cant begin to say enough great things about this store. Friendly staff, efficient, fast, and easy to work with. My first time there and I purchased a new set of tires. Extremely happy with the price of the tires and the length of time it took. Everyone of these gentlemen were friendly and kind. They listen to my issue I had at the dearlership (with the service department) where I purchased my vehicle from. Sean the manager is top notch. I appreciate your kindness and patience with me. I would not hestitate to recommend these guys to my family members and friends. Thank you all.

My A/C in my Silverado was not blowing strong enough to cool down the truck. I was melting alive in my own truck. Went to Pep Boys in Port Richey and my mechanic Ken, was awesome and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. The evaporator coil was all clogged with dirt and dog hair. He even showed a picture of it to me, it was bad. Ken said hell clean it the best he could. Forty minutes later its ready and blowing like a Noreaster! Cant thank Ken enough for his expertise and knowledge as a mechanic. Needless to say, Ill be back. Thanks Pep Boys !

I came in for an oil change (road trip day) and the staff was more than accommodating. I was given the required recommendation based on my car milage but never felt pressured. The manager specials a plus. During my tire inspection a large cut (down to the wires) was spotted and the crew worked with me for the best possible price options for a replacement. Detailed, friendly, and professional! I highly recommend this location for all your car services. Thanks for a positive experience.

Had them give me estimate because i hit huge truck tire and my air stoped working. They told me i needed new condenser and new radiator. Estimate 1,000. Took it to another shop did not need condensor or radiator. Line was broke only cost me 160.00. So my advise dont ever go to pep boys in port richey.
