I bought my tires from them and had them to put them on and I was told they would balance and align. Well they said the allign wasnt included after I complained of the car pulling to the right and after 45mph vibration in steering and bouncing of my tires.. THe only reason I went to them is because they treated my husband right on his truck repairs..I know now it isnt the same owners..they told me to bring it in and they would check to see if I had something else going on with my car..I decided I didnt trust them so I took it to another place to check the alignment and to make sure the tires were balanced..Everyone of the tires were off balance and the alignment was way off, also on the drivers side door of my car it has what my tires should be inflatted to which said 30PSI they had my tires inflatted to 37 and 39 PSI, with all that explained why my car was pulling to the left and the vibration in wheels and steering. I am suppose to have warranty on my tires but I have to take it back to them...they cant even get the air right in the tires, If you are a woman take my advice do NOT take your car there, I believe all they did was put my tires on the rim and then air them up to much and put them on my car..they either dont know what they are doing or they dont care..they made the last penny off of me for sure..Patty Gibson a very dissatisfied customer..The only reason I even gave them a star is because you have to or you cant post on their site..

I brought my car in for an oil change. I like to bring my own filter so when the rep took my information I handed him the filter and the key. I also want to mention, I was the first customer (and only) in line that morning. A few days later when getting my belts changed and a new crankshaft pulley installed (a different shop), the mechanic wanted me to see the pulley before he reinstalled the cover. That was when I discovered they installed their own filter. I stopped by Advantage on my way home and politely told the rep (not the same one) they failed to install the filter I provided. At this point I would expect him to be apologetic but he simply said "we all make mistakes". I then asked him how a filter could get "lost" between his desk and the first bay, where the car was being worked on. He acted as if I was the bad guy and tried to tell me how much better theyre filters are, and his car is more expensive than mine and he uses it. At this point I was just ready to grab him from behind the counter. They did install the NAPA Gold filter but it still wasnt what I wanted. The price of the oil was good but I wouldnt trust them to do anything in the future.

Patched a tire for me at a reasonable price and very quick. The employee patching the tire had no problem with me watching while he worked and engaged in conversation while doing so, making the whole experience pleasant. They did, however, leave some small marring on one of my wheels. Luckily they were just average factory wheels and the damage was minor so I dont really mind much, but still, there should be no damage.. 20,000 miles later the patch is still holding and Im replacing the tires so the patch job was very good.

I was in need for a set of tires.. Randy the manager was very helpful he discussed my tire needs with me regarding desired brands then informed me of an upcoming sale on B.F. Goodrich tire sale so a couple weeks later I came in and he ordered my tires, set a Saturday appt. for me and when I came in for the installation they were quick thorough and professional. He then informed me of the free tire rotation for the 65 thousand miles warranty and Roadside assistance reimbursement as well.

Took my car here in June to have my alternator replaced. They mentioned when we picked it up they had a hard time getting the bolt back on. Recently my car started making a high pitched noise, took to my mechanic Ive been going to for years and he said that there was no bolt holding my alternator and that it was just laying there and he was surprised the belt didnt pop off. Would not recommend this place for car repair. Over priced and unfinished work. Very disappointed

I went in the shop for a oil change and tire rotation. Never saw my car go up on the lift, they didnt rotate the tires as their coupon stated, they asked if I wanted it done and I told them yes. Then the guy at the counter gave the lamest . reason why they didnt perform the services, he has no knowledge of tire, he shouldnt be allowed to sell them. I wouldnt give a star but you cant post unless you do.

I had a decent enough coupon when I went here. So I got a good price for an oil change and free tire rotation. The guy at the front desk was pretty friendly and helpful. I was told about an hour for the work and it took an hour and fifteen minutes. However, my friend went with me too and got the same thing as I did but they gave her the wrong oil from what she asked for.

Lets just say they do horrible work! I had a nail in my tire which caused my tire to go flat and took it to them to fix and the next day after it was fixed it was flat again! So I must say it was all around a bad experience!

I wouldnt go here unless it was buy 2 get 2 because the guy at the counter was such a jerk I just left. They were 25% more expensive than anyone else to boot.
