Id have to say they are so-so at best. I took my car to have it aligned after replacing the entire suspension system. They did not touch the camber. Also on the order was to check the torque on the strut shaft nut and set it at 65 lbs/ft. They tightened the strut mount bolts/nuts to 65 and didnt touch the strut nut. The mount bolts/nuts were already torqued to specs of 18 Lbs/ft. So they way over torqued those. The readout I was given for the alignment was for a 1995, my car is a 1992 and a completely different generation than the 1995 model is. I took the car back and explained the problems. They did correct everything, including the strut shaft nut and set the camber, etc. to proper specs, for a 1992 model. However, they did get grease stains on the white interior, door panel, drivers seat and arm rest. Not a big deal, but I would have at least used paper towels when touching the interior of a customers car. I spent a lot of time and money restoring this car to like new condition. I wasnt very pleased to see grease stains on it. I have a feeling some of their mechanics are rather inexperienced. I suggest you stay with your car and watch them perform the work you have ordered.

These people have obvi never heard of customer service before. I had an appointment set and here I am 30 mins past appointment still waiting to be checked in . Plus the lady at the front desk is just rude . If you dont know much about tires expect to be treated like a moron . If your servicing your vehicle through a dealer warranty, be prepared to be treated like a last priority. Darlene is the name of the lady I dealt with and at this point im standing in front of her and shes ignoring me making phone calls totally unrelated to my cause. At this point Im not even sure if Ill stay long enough to get my car serviced might have better luck at pep boy right across the street .literally shes on the phone trying to check my warranty like they didnt set up this appointment I have never been here before or even spoke to these people prior to this and theyre acting like I am hurting them to honor my warranty. I will never be back and I suggest no one else waste their money bc now shes skipping me and starting to service people who are paying out of pocket ha what a joke.i will be contacting the bbb in regards to this joke of an establishment

I have a 2000 Ford Explorer Sport 4X4 in dire need of tires (especially ones that actually match). I am elderly and on a fixed income. Thomas answered my first call and advised me to come in and they would put the truck on the rack and check it out. In the meantime, manager Darlene had my information on the back computer searching 60 locations for a matched set at an affordable price. All this was during a herd of customers, full garage and anxious people waiting in line. To cut to the chase, I received my brand new tires at half the price other garages were charging, paid cash and left very happy. Also , the mechanic spotted a problem in the steering and called it to Darlenes attention. They printed out an estimate and advised on how to handle the problem. Darlene and Thomas (and whoever delivered my tires) went out of their way during a very busy Saturday, and with grace under fire solved everyones problems. A dreaded situation turned into a very enjoyable and rewarding experience. Thank you to a great team!!!

My mother came here to ask for lifetime alignement a month ago. The mechanic on duty told her that he couldnt do it because the engine mount and both lower arms were worn and needed to be replaced. The total bill would have footed 1200$. She came home and told my dad and I, an we were suspicious. We took and replaced both the lower arms and the engine mount ourselves and took the old parts to our normal mechanic back home. He said that they were stone cold normal. I dont know if this was a careless mistake or is a thing where mechanics try to take advantage of older women who know nothing of cars, but if it is we are on to you. If you come here asking for something minor and they come back recommending a big repair, we recommend second opinion from someone you trust.

This was the best shop in pasco Ive brought numerous cars there for repair with fair prices and good work. That was when Lenard was there he is the best. This time the guy couldnt even diagnose a 12 volt connection. In fact when I asked him to change the fuse for the drivers seat and gas pedal he said and I quote" i dont know how to change those fuses" seriously? Anyway as much as I love Firestone. This location is lacking big time. Beware as of now. Im taking the car to Leonards store tomorrow about 40 miles away but he will have it fixed guaranteed. For now I would say stay away until they get some real mechanics.

I drove all the way from St. Petersburg beach to have my water pump replaced because they quoted me $275 less than other mechanics including Pep Boys. In addition when I got here I realized I forgot my purse at home including the Discover card I was planning on to use. Darlene the store manager offered the Firestone credit card with 6 months same as cash and fortunately I was approved and I was able to get my car fixed. The staff is always friendly here and reliable. I highly recommend Firestone in Port Richey.

The manager was very disrespectful to me as a customer. I had a new, over priced in my opinion, tire put on one of my company trucks in addition to an oil change. When I go to pick it up, he couldnt look me in the eye while he was disrespecting me to my face, making a mockery of me in front of his employees.. It was very difficult for me not to jump over the counter and smack him in the mouth - but I managed. They will never get my business again and I have a fleet of company vehicles that need regular service.

This is a shop that really cares about the satisfaction of its customers! I had my car towed here with a flat. They repaired it, but the repair did not take and I found myself with yet another flat later in the day. I had to take it else where (because of where the flat occurred) and had a new tire put on. However, when I notified this shop about the incident they offered to refund me for the new tire even though it was purchased elsewhere. This tells me that they honestly care. I would highly recommend them.
