These folks and their work are the best! They are fair, honest, do the work they say they will do, and do NOT do more just to pad the bill. Last year I got an estimate for some work, approved the estimate, yet when I went in to pick up the car, the bill was actually several hundred dollars LESS than the estimate I approved! They easily could have charged me the estimated and approved cost, but they were honest enough to just charge what the parts used and the labor came to. I trust Cathy, Wes and the rest of this crew with all my cars -- without any reservations.

I came in for a check engine light issue. After getting a free inspection they suggested I take my car to the Dealer, because the catalytic converter had failed, and was still under warraty, which I did not know had a 8 year warranty on it. They easily could told me, its broken, pay us $1k, but did not. This was then 2nd shop I had taken my car to for this issue, and the only one of the two that took the time to explain my options. They may not of done the repair on my car this time, but this is where ill be going from now on.

this is a family business, and they are very honest. Ive brought my car in for a problem and was told it was a minor thing and not charged....they call before doing any work not authorized, and they stand behind their work...I have all my cars worked on here and when we owned a business, all our business vehicles were serviced by tuffy pickerington...

Ive been going to Tuffy for a while and the Customer Service is spot on, repairs on my vehicles have been done in a reasonable time frame (mostly done before they actually said it would be done) and the price has also been right. I recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired!

Been coming here for years. Love this Tuffy! Im comfortable knowing theyll never overcharge me, do repairs right the first time and overall be a wonderful mechanics place. Even after moving out of town I prefer coming here to any closer mechanic.

Very reliable and trustworthy mechanics. They dont take appointments and are extremely busy. But I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else!
