Stay away from this place! Purchased a Nissan murano from this guy named Mike who apparently owns the shop with his dad. I drove over an hour to see the car. When I got there the drivers seat was extremely loose, the muffler was rattling and the brakes were grinding, not to mention the Huge crack in the windshield. None of which were mentioned in the ad.. So upon talking to this rude little man, we verbally agreed hed fix everything that needed to be done if I agreed to pay the full sale price of the car. He stated hed put in a new muffler, fix the seat because all it needed was a "bolt" and it was a simple fix and fix the brakes.. But Id take care of the windshield. So I paid him, this was a Friday. He said the car would be ready to go Monday and that hed call me Saturday with an update. First red flag was, he didnt call Saturday. Nor did I hear from him all weekend. Finally got ahold of him through his "partner" josh. So Monday comes he texts me at 7am to tell me hell get right to work on my car. So at this point I became frustrated as the agreement was, my car would be ready and he hadnt even touched it. So then I said at this point just please secure the seat. Thats the least you can do. So he proceeded to give me a story about how all of a sudden the car needs more than just a bolt, he needs to pull the seat out and he will get back to me in a few hours with a price to fix it. The agreement was he would fix it at his expense NOT MINE. My husband and I became very upset with his lies. And i came to pick up the car. When I pulled up he had my battery hooked up to a charger. Even though I told him not to touch my car at all since hes a thief and a liar. I get my car home, and it wouldnt start the next day. And all of a sudden the car needed a new battery because the one in my car was no good. So who knows what he did to my battery before I took my car. Hes a liar, hes rude. Very unprofessional and cocky for no reason at all might I ad.. I have his text messages proving our agreement, so I will fix the car and he will be paying the fees for that. Unfortunately I took his word and hes very dishonest. Took him 4 days to find out what was wrong with a chair. He calls himself a "mechanic" LOL.. save yourself the headache and avoid this "shop". We will be escalating this issue. Posting this complaint everywhere and contacting the bbb.. You shouldnt take advantage of people and you shouldnt lie nor steal. Say what you mean and mean what you say! Enjoy the money you Hustled me and my family out of. Hope it feels really good.

FRIENDS! PERSONAL TESTIMONIAL MOMENT! I have to share to you all on how amazing Mike Palumbo and the guys at Safety Harbor Fleet are. When I first moved down here three years ago, my car Sweet Cheeks died on me in Clearwater. Luckily, I was with a friend of a friend who knew these guys! One call later, my car was towed to the shop and the next morning the work began. They went over with me all of the options and we came to the conclusion that my car should just be sold. They found a buyer and boom, the deal was done!!! What I am saying here is that they are genuine people who will help you out, go over the options, give you a timeline on what should be done first if youre in a financial bind, and provide excellent service! PLEASE go and check it out for yourselves!!!

The guys at Safety Harbor Fleet are some of the most honest mechanics Ive dealt with. Im a young female who doesnt have any interest in cars, except for transportation, so I was very pleased when Mike took total care of my cars oil leak. He explained what needed to be done in a way I understood and he had my car ready in a few hours. I definitely noticed my car running MUCH better and it used HALF as much gas! ..a bonus I wasnt expecting. Im super pleased with my experience and I strongly recommend these guys!

I had suspension work done which I was pleased with although they took two days instead of 4-6 hours. They were supposed to install tpms sensors and re balance my wheels/tires, they installed the sensors but didnt balance the wheels and tires. When I asked if they had balanced them, they said that they had done it but when I took it to tires plus, 3/4 tires were not balanced. Nice people and gave me a "great deal" but Id rather pay full price and have the work done right the first time.

This car shop is legit-legit, reliable, honest and customer friendly. Mike follows up and provides excellent service and pricing. I started off with a simple oil change a few years back, now Ive serviced all 3 of my vehicles as well as literally rebuilt my nearly totaled truck. The body shop guys are perfectionist. My truck looks better than it did before my accident. Anyhow, 5 stars all day. Id recommend Safety Harbor fleet to anyone who wants a professional experience.

I am a "Donlen" Uber lease exchange driver and rack up a lot of miles. I need to visit a mechanic every 5k and this shop seems to be in tune with the procedure to handle the paperwork with out giving drivers more work to do. If I need service its a quick call. They know what I need and when I get there it I feel like my car will be safe again to carry passengers. Thanks guys. AC

Theres no ridiculous prices to pay and no nonsense add-ons that are not need (like when you go to the dealership). Highly recommend them for all of your service needs.

This shop is the best of the best in my opinion. Ive Had the pleasure of dealing with them for tires and repairs on my cars for about 6 years now. And i send all my family and friends there. Wouldnt go anywhere else, most trustworthy guys there are.
