I used to be a fan of Tire Kingdom, i have been taking my car here for almost 4 years. I especially liked the one in Dunedin. However, the past year i have had nothing put problems with them. 1. took my car in to have the oil changed at the store on S Belcher, 2 days later my car wouldnt turn on (coincidence maybe) - spent $500 to repair 2. my car was leaking fluid - went to the Dunedin store (new manager, i liked the old one better) and after spending $300 on 2 trips i later found out that they still didnt know what the problem was and my car broke down (another $600) 3. took my car in to get new brakes. i found a much better deal at Just brakes for the pads but i needed to get the calipers done as well. they matched my price for that but i left there with my brakes completely going to the ground before my car stopped. when i had my brake pads installed at the other place, they said the reason it was doing that was b/c they put my calipers on the wrong sides! Overall, everytime i leave there now i feel like i got ripped off and dont get direct answers to my questions. I will be looking for a new car repair shop.

Do not visit store #30 (6201 Park Blvd N Pinellas Park)! They will lie and say that you will need to replace things that you really do not. We purchased tires and while it was on the rack (they took it upon themslves to do a once over), claimed that we needed to replace the transmission fluid because it was brown. They also claimed that the brakes needed to be cleaned. The vehicle needed a battery but they wanted to charge us for installation. We purchased the battery somewhere else and we saved money. A few days after, we took the car to the dealership to get the oil changed. We asked them if the transmissin fluid needed to be changed and if the brakes needed to be cleaned. They stated that the transmission fluid was not brown and the brakes did not need cleaning. We will definitly not do business with Tire Kindom again!

Horrible Service. I took my vehicle in to have my clutch throwback bearing replaced. I was assured that they have several master mechanics and it was in good hands. After two days of repeatedly asking for a quote and getting the run around on how they will fix it they finally quote $650 to replace the master and slave by the end of the day (this alone would not have fixed it, and I told them that). Due to their lack of service and poor communication, I had my vehicle towed to a different mechanic who replaced the master and slave, as well as the clutch throwback bearing in one day for $750 (including the tow and a 1 year warranty). Because they did not know what they were doing I had to rent a car for three days and still had to pay their $112 “diagnostics fee” which wasn’t even accurate.

Guy at the counter was, for lack of a better term, a complete a**hole. I came in there inquiring about a specific tire, and instead of giving me a price on those tires he insisted on naming every tire and price they had in the size I was looking for. When I told him I was only looking for a specific tire he pretty much told me to stop talking and let him get through his list. At this point after telling him multiple times I was looking for 1 specific tire, and him interrupting me and insisting I let him go through his list, I stopped him and said not to bother and he said, "Great, Id rather not anyway". Great customer service you guys have here. I will never come back and I will tell anyone I know looking for tires to look elsewhere.

We needed a new set of tires last week and made an appointment with Tire Kingdom on line. Was a bit hesitant since we are new to the area and not familiar with this company. Pleasantly surprised! Greeted with a handshake and warm welcome from Lance. Within a few minutes had quote and approved the work to be done. 1 1/2 hours later all 4 tires replaced and alignment done. Left very satsfied! The best part was the follow-up phone call received over the weekend to be sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Great customer service snd we will be sure to recomend this store! Kudos Lance!

All Tire kingdoms are pretty same. I never was completely satisfied with their job. This time, I was very surprised! There was a great guy, hes name Dan. Very professional, he know what he doing and in a difference to other guys I ever met in TKs he tried to save my money, not rubber me like others. If Ill be in Tampa again Ill go here with confidence, only because of this guy Dan. P.S.: tall blonde dude on the register have to be nicer, hes customer service... I cant call it so. I think he need to learn how to talk to the customers in respectful manner or be replaced.

I came into Clearwater with an unexplained shaking of my car. they took the time to try and find out what was wrong and When they realized it was work that i needed to go to a specialty 4x4 shop for, they went over everything with me so i could explain it to the next shop. They could have gouged me for all kinds of tests and diagnosing that wouldnt have lead anywhere but instead they were honest the whole time. If i lived in Clearwater i would have these guys do my tires all the time. Defiantly recommend to anyone who lives up there.

Wow, what a place! They rarely know what they are doing! Looked at my tires and told me they were many years old and needed replaced. I had just purchased those tires from them 4 months ago. Took another vehicle in for alignment, which they sold me the 3 yr alignment plan on...after 8 hours I called and they told me they couldnt align it as their lifts couldnt hold the vehicle. Wonder if it was ever aligned the first time. Stay away from this organization.

The worst place ever! They even forgot to assemble my tire right and almost got in an accident right outside their place. They did not even apologize Manager comment was along the lines of "well at least you are fine" And the guy in counter was an a- hole When I reported to manager he said he never had problems with him. They forgot they were not doing me a favor. I was paying

Bought tires in another Tire Kingdom in a different town, and noticed a problem at highway speeds. Called ahead to see if it was busy and they said they could get to me within an hour or so. Stopped in and they solved the problem within an hour. Both the manager and the service tech had good attitudes and were prompt and efficient in their dealings with me.

They took advantage of my daughter. She spent over $1000 in different types of repairs and the check engine light is still on. Then they tell her is a muffler part that they didnt carry. Im reporting them to the better business bureau and to Angies list. That way they wont be able to take advantage of any woman ever again.
