We picked up a screw in one of our tires, so I went to get it plugged. I called my regular tire shop just down the street, which I have always had great experiences with, but being that it was a busy Saturday morning, they could not get me in for several hours. We were on a little bit of a time crunch, so I called around. After calling 4 or 5 other places who all also told me they were busy and it would take several hours, I landed at this shop on the list. They were the only ones that asked when I needed the job done, and without hesitation, told me the short notice was no problem. After getting the spare on, I drove up and found a VERY crowded store. I expected them to not be able to follow through with what they told me on the phone. When I talked to the employee inside, he again assured me they could get it done in the hour and a half I needed it done by. I drove back home, and less than an hour later, I got a call saying it was ready! I could not believe that with being as busy as they were (every bay was full), they were still able to get a plug put in quickly. They are great people there, and I would recommend this shop to anyone!

Horrible. I took my Audi for an Oil change and It took them 3 hours to change the oil. They didnt know how much oil they should add on this car. After 3 hours they finished doing a simple oil change and then they putted cover under the car wrong. I almost got in to accident while I was driving it because they didnt putted cover properly back on the car which was absolutely fine before the oil change. I usually dont write reviews but this place is Joke. Staff at waiting area is nice but mechanics dont know what they are doing. I wont trust them with my cars no more.

Very rude and discourteous. I went in for an oil change asked for it to be done ASAP. The tech thought that meant anytime before five. I called back in three hours later and theyve still not looked at my car. Have no idea that I needed it soon and they kept putting me on hold instead of listening when I told them to cancel the order. They finally cursed at me and hung up. Never going back. They left my car outside with the keys in it. Very unprofessional and very unacceptable.

They were able to get me in and out in less than 40 minutes for an oil change. They did a look over on my car and let me know what needed attention now and what I needed to look for. More than what I was expecting. They set a high standard for others to follow. I have always been impressed with Firestone in other states and they live up to the reputation. I will be going back in the future.

Nice people but slow service. Called at 10:30am and scheduled an appointment for 4pm for basic oil change and alignment. Dropped car off early at 2pm. Called back at 5:15pm to check on progress and my car wasnt in yet, but told me within the hour. Showed up at 6:20pm and they had just brought my car into garage to work on it.

Always went to firestone for the service we received in Nashville. Gave this location opportunity to do right by us and they failed miserably each time. One time they kept our spare tire and loaded our shredded tire into the trunk. Poor customer service.

This is where I get my basic car care done since moving to Pickerington. The personnel are friendly. So nice in fact that they have offered drop off and pick up service to get my car in. Would recommend to anyone, and actually have to my own mother.

I had a tire replaced by firestone and they put a brand new tire on a bent rim with out telling me and sent me on my way and I had another rim also and all they had to tell me it was bent but no its all about the money to them.

Straight forward service simply describing the problem and giving you their analysis of the pros and cons on getting it done. Never had experience with them ever trying to have additional service done when not needed.

Very expensive and doesnt keep to the estimate provided. I do understand its an estimate but to make costly changes without consulting the customer is unfair business practices.

Ive always had good luck here with oil changes, tires, and minor repairs for over 5 years now. They are friendly and knowledgeable and firestone always has good coupons.
