Here is my view of this Supercuts. I have been getting my haircut at a Supercuts for more than 4 years now, majority of my 4 years in Joliet, IL. Once moving down here to Clermont, I was happy to find yet another Supercuts I could continue going to. The owner is a heart felt gentleman. Few hair cutters there that work. I have had my hair cut by the three that I have known to be there. This is were the service quality goes dow for me. I have found Abby the worker there to work wonders on a male as far fading hair. I get a high and tight being a military man myself. The other day I badly needed a haircut in my mind, I should have called ahead to see if Abby was working that morning but she wasnt and a hair cutter Holly was there to cut my hair. She wasnt the best at fading but by the end of the 20 min haircut or so I was content with how it looked. Now I had went to work, I was told by my employer that it was of the best looks which I could have agreed with him because it wasnt faded in too well. He told me to wait till it grows out and such but being me and caring how my looks are as a professional I called the next day and I presumed it was Holly who picked up the phone. I asked "Hi, is Abby working today". I believe she knew who I was, because she offered her opinion on me to going to a barber shop for a close triple zero faded into my hair on top the day I got my hair cut by her. She hung up the phone. I called back and it went threw all the way with their automated voice mail box. Unprofessional, displeasing and a lost of a long time regular myself. I was always happy finding that one hair cutter who knew how to work a pair of clippers but now seeing the level of professional she doesnt display. I will no longer be going there but instead a barber shop. Males if you are going for a hair cut, I recommend Abby. She is the best.

First of let me begin with stating, this is not a bad place to go for a hair cut. I have family members who have came to this location many times and have had no problems. I had brought my grandson in for a hair cut upon waiting; one of the employees had been talking to the person in the chair about topics that should not be spoke about in a professional place of business. (Very flirtatious if I might add). Aside from that, my grandson ended up sitting in this young ladys- Felisas chair. Where not only did she take longer than any hair cut Ive ever sat through but can NOT blend a simple boys hair cut. Im not one to judge a person on their looks but I expected more of a polished presentation of a hair dresser and appropriate behavior.

WORST HAIRCUT EXPERIANCE EVER! Id give no stars if I could. And thats saying something because I was in the military for 6 years so Ive had lots of haircuts. All I asked for was a medium skin fade and leave the top alone. #1 gave me a SUPER high skin pretty much a high and tight. I comb my hair over and instead of blending where my hair lays it was cut in a straight line. I have cut my own hair better. I will never go back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone. The best part of this experience was when I was told I didnt have to pay.

CAMERON was awesome. He smiled the minute I walked in and it was flawless. His professionalism makes you comfortable and welcomed. He had me laughing and there were no nerves of how will it look. He made sure he knew what I wanted and delivered that and more. Thank you. Guess you will have to deal with my head of hair again. Lol. Cameron is in caps because he is fantastic.

This place is hands down my favorite and only place to get a haircut. The entire staff is extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Melissa, is the best there and I always ask for her because of her attention to detail and her skill. I highly recommend this store for anyone who wants a haircut exactly how they want it, and who appreciates a friendly and helpful staff.

Nice, clean, organized place. Very reasonably priced and they run deals on certain days of the week for reduced costs. Unlike other national chains, the workers here are reliable and professional and I was impressed they actually kept computer records of the type of cut I got the last time and the length of the clippers that were used. Melissa is the bomb!

I went into this Supercuts in a pretty lousy mood. That changed when I was greeted with smiles and given a quality haircut with a warm towel! I really needed a day to myself to be pampered, and thats just what I got. They definitely gave me exactly what I wanted. I would recommend Supercuts to anyone, and will be returning!
