Absolutely the worst customer service. No idea how that receptionist gets a position much less gets paid to not know the product lines, service types or a ballpark figure to estimate cost. "I dont know" is about the worst thing you can say in customer service. Your job is to know and if you dont, then find out. After hearing that kind of crap from her (tried my best for 12 minutes) as a walk in, i simply walked out and told her Id be better off going to Regis where at least they know what types of services and product lines they offer!

Went in as a walk in for a hair cut. Brittney cut my hair. Told her to leave the same style just even it up. Had an asymmetrical cut. She gave me clown hair with s big gouge behind one ear where she used clippers. Went back the next day with appointment with a short hair specialist Jess. She cut my hair down to skin in the back, cut the top really short & back is uneven with bald spots & longer spots. Very uneven. Neckline was crooked too. Had to trim that myself!! Do yourself a favor... Go someplace else!!

Love Dino and mostly Heaven at Great Northern. She is always careful to listen and always is cautious for me because I am. Now I trust her COMPLETELY with all she does and her suggestions. It just took me a little while after some bad experiences elsewhere. Highly recommend Dino as all are friendly and Heaven is FANTASTIC always. Ive been going there now for some time and happy each and every time!

Brittany is the best! She always asks my comfort level before cutting or coloring my hair! She always listen to what I have to say and makes the best suggestions! Recently, she balayage day hair and brought it from dark brown to a honey dipped golden inspired by Christy Teigen. Shes the best! If you want balayage she is your girl!

Ive had a great experience with Dino Palmieri. Emily is wonderful. She really understands different textures of hair. I have really curly hair and texture hair and she does a good job. She is very knowledgable about hair products and what works for you. Price wise it is affordable and worth it.

Do not go to heaven, everyone else else I have seen there is fabulous! Heaven will not do what you want, she takes it upon herself to do what she wants, she took my long beautiful blonde hair to brunette, and I was suppose to be getting highlights.

Bad bad job on my highlights years ago. Gave them another shot, haircut is not good. She cut my hair dry and while it was curly. Ended up choppy, uneven, blunt ends. Not happy with it
