I went to this Salon on February 6 2015 and was seen by Chelsea U. I wanted to go Platinum Blonde from highlights. After talking with Chelsea, she convinced me to do Platinum over time, to avoid breakage and damage of my hair(Which I am trying to grow out). So she suggested doing a heavy foil highlight using the lightest highlighting shade and then come back and go platinum in about a months time. We did the all over foils and it looks like I went platinum with how light my hair is. She is AWESOME, so awesome that I am going to keep going to her for highlights because I ended up liking my highlights so much that I am just going to keep highlights instead of going all platinum Blonde. The pricing at this salon is affordable and if you are looking for a good affordable place to get your hair done RIGHT, go to Fantastic Sams and ask for Chelsea. She has a good personality and knows enough about hair to give you what you want without the damage! I am a VERY happy and satisfied customer!

Love this place, its my 5th curly perm here! For a little over 100 dollars; I went from long, flat straight hair to tight, long, beautiful curls. Curly and springy like a phone cord! And if I fluff it up...I get big hair. The wait and the process is well worth it! Be patient for this look. For the look I wanted, per my request, they used pink rods (over 200 rods). Because I have thick hair, for me it always takes 2 hours to roll. My warning. if you dont know how to tame lots of little curls, this style is NOT for you. If you love brushes, this style is NOT for you. If you dont have time in the mornings to wet/pick/scrunch, this style is NOT for your. This specific style might freak you out. BUT.... I Love it! Ask for stylist Isabella!

The ease of getting an appointment is great. I never have to ask for a hair stylist by name because anyone that Ive ever used there has done excellent work. They all are courteous, take their time and make sure everything is to my liking. I only get shampoos and haircuts/layering but if I ever decide to color my hair professionally I would definitely use this specific Fantastic Sams. I highly recommend this hair salon to all my friends and family. Ive been going for years and have no plans to change anytime soon.

Walked in, After waiting for 26 minutes to get a trim. There computer system needs a lot of work because the ("female") that was set up for doing my hair is not who I asked for....... I first refused to go back with her.... Then the staff behind the desk said she was "the only one able to cut my hair right now" then I went back with her.... She then cut my hair and it turned out terrible!!! I could of cut my own hair better than "her" Now I know better than to walk through their doors ever again.

The guy who works the counter (almost bold)is load and rude.. And after I told him I would be right back because there were 2 people in front of me he still took me off the wait list. Even when he said wouldnt. I was gone for 20 mins. He said hed put me back on and at the top of the list but 5 people went in front of me and my daughter. Very unprofessional and a liar.

I like it if you can get in. It is very hard to get an appointment especially when the snowbirds are in town. I am a regular who wished they had never gone to appointments because I never know when I am going to be able to go. They still take walk- ins but good luck getting one of the stylist you prefer.

Tara is definitely the only one Ill go to from now on. Everyone else is also good but Tara is hands down my favorite, my haircut always comes out looking perfect and exactly how I want it. Would also recommend anyone planning to go here to schedule an appointment because they get really busy.
