The food was good, and would have been better if only the waitress paid attention to her client. Waited for water (poured once only), the wine list (finally got the list but could not order, waitress was too busy???), was just served with the salad when I had to ask for bread, my Sea Bass was served with Scampi sauce while I requested butter sauce "if possible, if not, the bacon and chili sauce would be OK". The waitress said that it was butter sauce!!!!!! she apparently does not know how to cook! She took my knife when removing the salad, but did not give me another one when the fish came. I had to ask for one , and waited for it before I could start eating. Could not bear the type of service anymore (no wine, no water, etc...), asked for a go container and the check. Waited to pay, had to finally go up front to pay. I ate the food of Branos on Courtenay when they first opened after working at the Radisson!, in CCB, and never had a bad service or food. I expected to have a nice diner with wine, good food, desert at Branos.... and the waitress made it to be a bad experience.... Therefore. I will be back but will make sure that I do not get that waitress.

Terrible experiance! I ordered a pizza and a clam chowder for pick up; waited 45 min then went to the restaurant. I was told at the front counter that they didnt have clam chowder and that my food pizza would be another 15 min. After 15 min I was told that they did have clam chowder, but my order was still in the oven and would another 10 min...another 15 min goes by. So after a 45 min wait time and and additional 30 min in the restaurant, the girl at the counter says," Im going to be honest, they have not put your pizza in the oven yet, what would you like us to do?" Well, I would you have liked to not waisted the last hour and 15 min waiting on a pie and a cup of soup. I would have liked it if you had not told me 30 min ago that my food was in the oven. Literally zero attempt by the staff to make up for the mistakes, just, "what would you like us to do?" I am a Cocoa Beach resident who will never be returning.

Service was great, waitress was very friendly and very helpful when asking for suggestions in the food. Menu has old fashion Italian food and some real experience of Italian cuisine. I ordered the Sea Scallops Arrabiata, no words to describe how good it was. My wife ordered a Baked Ravioilli and she said it was very good as well. Prices are in a good range. I am definitely coming back to try more dishes. Experience was 4 out of 5; The reason was that the host was new and she did not really knew what to do because they were packed and they gave us a table in the middle of the aisle and we did not wanted that but they had an area that was closed because they were understaffed in that moment. We asked her to move us there and she did not wanted too, so as we were leaving, one of the waitresses came and told us it was OK to seat there. Not a big deal, that was the only complaint i have about it.

The experience I had with my family was great. I am afraid I would put the wrong name of our waitress, but shes originally from Ohio/Columbus area. She was very nice either way and the kids loved interacting with her between their tired spells. We had a coupon that first worked but didnt work, not their fault though because we were about to get a double discount. We didnt know that kids eat free on Tuesday nights, and the only coupon we had found was a free appetizer. Didnt mind paying for the appetizer though, it was good as was all the food and the service. If you are in the area and wanting italian, dont blow the opportunity by going to an Olive Garden. This place has more care put into their food by far, and its about the same price. Admittedly an out-of-town person who hasnt tried EVERYTHING there was to offer in the area, but we ere definitely happy with our stop there

This was our second visit for dinner. Our group was in the private room off to the left when you walk in. Disappointed on the U shaped arrangement for tables. We were not able to converse with others across. We were very crammed in there. Considering the week night, we would have been better in the restaurant area instead as they were slow. My husband and several others had the shrimp scampi. Not one person liked it. The sauce was brown in color and did not taste anything like it should have. I have food allergies, so I had to have them create something that did not include what I am allergic to and it turned out not bad (too much butter). For such crammed space, pre-bussing could have been much better. I dont find this place very Italian, but I did find the staff to be very nice. Two stars: organization was poor; food was not authentic Italian.

Server Rob was attentive to our drink needs until I asked him for his name so I could leave a Google review. Then he was very attentive to our needs. I went to branos for the first time this weekend, and its like going to Olive Garden but with a more home feel. I ordered the house salad with the raspberry vinaigrette and the shrimp fettuccine alfredo. I liked the creaminess of the Alfredo; it wasnt too thick and it wasnt too thin. The shrimp was beautifully done. Another reviewer mentioned that there roles were little crusty. I found this to be true as well, but did enjoy the little garlic oil concoction for the bread. I dont know if the bread is supposed to be crusty or if its supposed to be just warm and soft. Thank you and I imagine that Ill be back (even though I dont hardly ever get up that far north) sometime soon

This is our first time coming to Branos, can I just say I wish we knew about this place sooner. First of all the service was EXCELLENT!!!!! Peter was our server and probably one of the best Ive ever seen. He explained the menu and named the best Sellers and sold me on the Meatball panchetti. (A must order!!!!) My fiancee order the lasagna bolognse and said it was fantastic. Everything about this establishment amazing. The servers all helped each other out and went above and beyond. If your thinking about trying this restaurant dont wait any longer!!! Five stars + we will definitely be returning!

I made reservations for our reception dinner for my beach wedding Here after a major snafu with another resturant. They got me in with only 4 months notice (for wedding planning this is huge), I was able to decorate my table with short notice day of, they did a great job with feeding my mother that has sever food allergies, the food was great, I loved my custom menus, price was great, and our waiter was amazing..... Super amazing. I stopped his manger to tell how great he was (i cant Remeber his name, but he got my devo reference) If we are back in cocoa beach we will stop by again for sure.
