Hats off to the staff! We had an experience tonight that started out as a catastrophe and ended with overwhelming joy! We accidentally threw away an oral retainer. When we realized what we had done, we called the restaurant and asked if we could come back and sort through the trash. The staff was extremely understanding. The manager, Garrett, said they would sort through it for us. I said that was not necessary, that we would do it and he said "It would be my pleasure"! We ended up driving to the restaurant and sorting through several bags of trash. An employee, Mike, was so thoughtful and helpful. He willingly helped us sort through all those bags! He was even apologetic that we couldnt find it! What an amazing staff they have there! Just when you think there are fewer and fewer compassionate people in the world, you have the pleasure of meeting wonderful people such as these! It was so rewarding to interact with people who know the true meaning of customer service and to witness them displaying it. They went above and beyond!! Even though we didnt find the retainer, it was such a pleasant experience.

Just had my LAST trip to this eating establishment!! I still cant believe what just happened!! I pull into the parking lot/drive through and wait for nearly 10 minutes as to not block the exiting drive thru traffic...once there was space for me to pull into the drive thru line I did....only to be asked by an employee to pull out of line and drive all the way around the building!!! WHAT?!?!?! I couldnt even understand why he was asking me to pull around the building and after sitting there trying to understand... He tells me I cut off the vehicle behind me.....I can promise you they were no where in the parking lot when I pulled into that parking lot....remember I sat for 10 minutes before pulling into the drive thru line so I wouldnt block traffic. Left there in complete disbelief and still starving!! What has happened to proper training and great customer service?!?! I even called to talk to a manager and they will not be available for another 3 hours!!!

This most definitely is the best fast food joint in Beaufort. I eat there quite often and their food and service is top notch. They advertise that they have the fastest drive thru in town, and they live up to it, and at the same time their food is fresh, order is correct, and they serve it with a smile. If you eat in, they always have someone working the dining area offering refills and making sure you are completely satisfied. Everything else in Beaufort is crap compared to these guys.

wow, chic fill a has just disappointed me.... I never thought that could happen... They mix our order and gave my wife the wrong meal. The waffle fries where stale and over cooked. also, the drive true was moving a snails pace with hardly anyone in it. Chic fil a was always a favorite for me and the family. They always seemed to be on top of everything. Now, there just as bad as the rest of these fast food chains "slow and unreliable".

This was the first Chic-Fil-A that I have ever been to that was disgustingly dirty. There was no apparent effort to clean either. Bathroom was dirty and had no hand towels. The lobby floor was a safety hazard, as it was grimy and littered. I chose not to order and left without speaking to any staff member. I would recommend the franchise owner pay an unexpected visit in the evenings to see how their investment is performing.

I went through the drive thru during the busiest time of lunch--they had 2 employees taking orders and accepting payments well before the usual spot of ordering. With 2 lanes bumper to bumper it was actually a very positive experience.The food was ready as soon as I got to the pick up window. Awesome strategic management.

Great service always happy and nice and never get my order wrong! The food is always delicious and the chicken noodle soup is my favorite (just with they actually filled the bowl up instead of half way)...Thank you chick fil a staff and keep up the good work!

The inside is always clean. The workers always seem to be more upbeat than workers at any other fast food restaurant. They are much more polite and always make sure the order is correct. Drive through offers fast and great service as well.

By far the best fast food customer service in town. Courteous, quick and always smiling; the food is great; the restaurant is clean. They also just came through for me on a last-minute catering order on Christmas Eve!! Thank you!

Love this place, but lately the salad are a scam you can count the spinach and the lettuce and is $7.05 the cost of 3 pks of other three leaf they pks of spinach & 5 lettuce. Need to rethink there salads.

The customer service was not what I was used to...very friendly, but they got my order wrong and when I told tbem they charged me for an extra fry, they did not offer to fix it, so I gave it away..

My soup, fries and chicken nuggets were all cold when I received them, it didnt take long to get the order, but I wasnt able to enjoy it because of the temperature. The staff was very friendly.

I dont know how they handle the traffic getting people in and out of there because it is always packed but I seem to breeze right through and snag some chicken with hardly any wait every time.

Who doesnt love chic fil a. Great sandwiches,tenders and nuggets. Waffle fries. Great home made tasting icecream and shakes, brownies. Salads and more. Best fresh lemonade and sweet tea.

Customer service is AMAZING. I normally use the drive thru & it does not take long to go through, even at the busy times! The food is great & 99% of the time correct!

Terrible! Fries are very plain Jane, and the Spicy Chicken Sandwich I had didnt live up to its name! The pepper jack cheese had more heat than the chicken.

Chick fil a is great, but the one thing they can do is raise up the size of the chicken minis to 4 and 6 instead of 3 and 4
