Wow. I am rarely impressed with customer service these days but this company is definitively doing something right. My boyfriend and I showed up about 10 minutes before they were about to close because we needed to rent space for our new boat. They were busy but we were still greeted with a smile and the manager, Stephanie, happily stayed late to make sure that we were taken care of. She even drove us around the facility to help us find a spot that better fit our needs. Jonathan and Charlie chimed in and helped answer some of our questions as Stephanie was processing our paperwork. All three of them were so friendly and helpful. There were no hidden fees, up charges, or surprises which was so refreshing. Overall, the best customer service Ive experienced in a very long time.

Best experience ever. Got there on a rainy afternoon with my truck loaded I didnt call or reserved anything so I was worried about pricing and availability, walk in the office and a friendly Manager STEPHANIE G. Solved all my problems took her time to show me what she had available, and she was able to accommodated me and if that wasnt enough she went thru my account and save me money by adding my homeowner insurance to my storages premium thats right my montly payment went down even more. ILL recommend this facility to everyone even the maintenance crew like Diego he help me unloading my trailer I had some trash and he went out of his way and took it to the trash bins. Overall great service they care about their clients. Keep up the good work.

We have left our car here for many winters and have always been very pleased. However, this time was the best yet. We did not get the name of the gentleman but when we checked our car out, he told us he had noticed a bulge on one of our tires. As we have to drive all the way back to Canada, not noticing such a thing could have been disastrous and we dont think we would have thought to check as this was a new car. We cant thank him enough. We immediately took it to a dealer and had the tire replaced. We can now make the drive home confident that we will be safe. Thank you again and well see you next winter!

Johnathan went above and beyond!! Spectacular customer service. Thank you for your help, and caring about others in your work. Its not easy to find someone who is willing to make sure you are taken care of. When I explained my travel itinerary to Johnathan, he made sure I was taken care of while I was on the road. By the time I got to the storage facility, I was all set, and ready to catch my flight! I cant thank you enough.

Best Storage so far If one needs somewhere safe, peaceful, accessible, convenient, etc...as a place to store your extra things, Cube Smart Storage in Dania Beach, by FLL airport is the place. I have been doing business with them for a while now, and until now, I cannot find anything to complain about. Great place, great customer service, great crew.

I just rented my second unit here. Stephanie, the manager was extremely accomodating, professional, and friendly. I dont remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me when I rented my first unit here, but the same was true of him. The prices are great and the units are too. Will absolutely keep doing business with them in the future.

Excellent, excellent customer service. Michael should be a manager in a large corporation and is probably under paid and under utilized in his current position. Facilities are clean, well lit, require some GPS walking around <;, and have interesting wildlife, lizards and butterflies. Great experience doing business here.

Poor, confusing layout, no directions once inside. I detested the experience in this place that is not in numerical order. Its in no particular order really. A sadist mustve built this place. Its dark, easy to have a car accident on their narrow, sharp turning ramps. AVOID THIS LOCATION!!

Really convenient location, the only negative is how bumpy and rough the parking lot is, on top of that they installed a speed bump right in the front which is way too big... You cant get your stuff into storage without it being torn up from the horrible parking lot.

NOT SECURE. I stored my trailer here for more than nine months and there were 3-4 attempts made to steal the tires and wheels off my trailer. Yesterday the thief finally successfully stole one wheel. All Cube Smart said was, "Sorry."
