They have terrible customer service. They threw away my spare key and then refused to return my messages about it. A well run business would take care of my 50 cent key and turn a detractor of their business into a promoter of it! They also dont really mention at the move in phase that the free truck isnt free when you leave. They should disclose this up front because If feel like it was hidden from me on purpose. So when a business doesnt take ownership of a simple issue like my key imagine how they handle a big issue! I will be loud and persistent in getting the message out about this in the community. On a side note, I couldve earned $200 already referring some folks who I met at work who had need for self storage (Im in a high volume sales job). I let them know about my experience and that guided them elsewhere.

There are not enough STARS to give Store Self Storage in Palm Beach Gardens!!! I have 3 storage units in other states and they do not even come close in service and tons of extras! Totally one of the best storage facilities I have ever seen. The staff is fantastic I am so thankful for Store self storage, my hotel had lost its internet connection and the amazing staff allowed me to use their gorgeous conference room/internet. This is just one of the ways they go above and beyond for their customers. They have covered entry and loading docks, this is needed in the very rainy state of Florida! If you are looking for a storage unit THIS IS THE PLACE TO SEE! The fresh warm cookies are an added bonus !

This is a top quality storage facility. They offer covered parking for loading/unloading, security keypads for both garage entry AND elevator entry, competitive pricing AND... fresh baked cookies. What more could you ask for? They also have beautiful wine storage units as well as tasting room. When we moved, we wanted somewhere that was secure and climate controlled but had no idea that a storage facility could be so nice and accommodating... In fact, we ENJOY going to the facility. Store Self Storage is truly a gem.

As soon as I walked in the door, the staff was smiling and helpful with any questions I had. Moving was easy using their truck and after an hour of moving I was offered a cold bottle of water. The fact that all of my loading took place inside their building kept me and my belonging safe from the downpour that was happening. The building is kept clean at all times. Even though the building looks like a palace, they had the best price in the area. Ill definitely store my stuff here again!

Not your average storage facility. Feels more like youve entered into your own foyer. Of course, storage is storage, but this facility is high tech, clean, high above any possiblity of flood line and very secure. The wine storage area is a great addition to an area that sees houses without basements but with a great need for humidity controlled space. A bit pricey, however.

This is one of the best storage facilities I have ever been to. The staff is incredible and the place looks like a palace. I know my belongings will be just fine here. Its easy to get into the building and if its raining, no problem. They have a covered entry and loading docks. No rain will get on me or my stuff! Seriously...come check this place out.

This facility is always clean and well maintained. Its a step above the competition for about the same rates. Very convenient location for me. Good security, large elevators and lots of flat carts for your use. Highly recommended if you are looking for an air conditioned storage unit in PBG.

Without a doubt the best storage facility in the area. Clean, well-managed, perfect climate control, strong security for each unit, all run by courteous helpful people. It may cost a little more but its well worth it. This is top shelf storage. Store your items here and rest easy. George

A very clean facility and the staff is friendly. Covered area to load and unload is so helpful on rainy days and when it’s 90 degrees. Lobby is more like a nice hotel than storage facility. Warm cookies are the best!
