My parents have a unit at this property and the staff (Tyconia and Mags ) have always been awesome..... when you walk into the office all you see is a big smile and greet you with comfort and respect. .. the staff that public storage hired is very customer service material, the property is very clean and I feel safe when Im there, if I ever need to get another storage it will always be here at this location....

I stopped by public storage and it was a pleasant visit... magalena and tyconia was one of the best people I have met... the property was clean and a wonderful store to visit... the size I needed wasnt available but just their warm caring hearts were filling.. its a blessing to have them working for your company...I will recommend anyone to store at this property and many more.. thank u girls..

Great place . Its my first time using a storage facility and the girls here helped me choosing the right storage I was in a lot of stress because of all the moving but as soon as I came to this office I felt better. This was a pleasant, efficient and fast experience from top to bottom. Kiera explained everything to me, took me to see the unit I was interested in, then walked me through the paperwork step by step - plus she was just a peach to work with! Nothing but good things to say. Also, the facility is CLEAN. Very happy with this whole experience as a first time storage unit renter.

The staff are exceptional. The faciity ultraclean . The location easily accessible naer the I-95 exit from PGA . The staff on the clock on my lsection day was so professional and explained everything. They even called at the first monthly billing to ask if I neeeded any assistance using the online portal All told nothing could be finer

Stopped by this facility on my way to a job in need of some supplies. The manager Emmi. Was very sweet and helpful. She even offered to help carry my purchase to my car.(tiny little thing) centrally located. Stop by if you need packing supplies. Emmi was great
