We have rented a storage unit here for a while now and have always been extremely happy with the cleanliness and security of the property. The staff is helpful and typically goes above and beyond to help you if needed. I recently had a concern and Connie was very helpfully. She and Bern were able to address my concerns quickly and I was very pleased with how willing they both were to help. This being said, my concern is not with this particular location, but with Public Storage as a whole. We were recently notified that our payment would increase by $72 / month, which is roughly 25% of our current cost! (Currently paying $285 and increased to $357). This is huge when youre on a budget. When I contacted customer service as well as the corporate office they had no way of justifying the increase and were not willing to work with us at all! We will be moving storage facilities as soon as possible, will never rent from this company again and will NOT recommend it to family and friends!! Renters beware!

My husband and I rented a storage unit from Public Storage at 11655 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408-3020 and are very pleased with the service that we got. We had a rather complicated situation and Melissa and Tiffany were of great help to us. We also worked with Connie and the three of them are a great team. We really appreciate the time and patience shown by Melissa and Tiffany in getting our problem solved. The grounds are very clean and we are happy about everything with this Public Storage facility. In and out access is great and we would highly recommend this facility to our family and friends and look forward to having a nice relationship with the company.

When ever I see a five star rating I usually and is the company writing it. I assure you this place is really 5 star worthy... Not just in the units but in whats most important customer service. Connie is the most polite and helpful person Ive ever met at a job which requires you to talk to customers . I was in a bad mood when I got there and I left in a great mood. It was a quick process and she did not try to sell me boxes and bags for things I didnt need... I would recommend this place to anyone. There are a few storage places closer to were I live but the little bit of extra time is made up for with amazing customer service. Thank you Connie keep up the great work.

I have a unit at the abacoa location but came into this facility because I needed supplies to help a friend in the area move. I was VERY happily surprised to see Trell working there. He was working at the Abacoa location when I rented my unit and walked me through the process and made my move in a great experience. Needless to say, he again took the time to ask questions and show me all the things I would need. Public Storage should be very happy to have such an employee, he makes it his personal responsibility to make the customers happy. I would HIGHLY recommend either location to anyone in need of storage OR packing supplies. A VERY satisfied Customer, Renee

Both Rebecca and Connie were fantastic! After creating a reservation online, I received a personal phone call within minutes confirming and letting me know when I could stop by. Once there, Rebecca helped me find the right size unit, walked me around the facility to show me where the unit was, showed me how to use the gate, and both were generally awesome. They were very accommodating, especially considering I showed up about 15 minutes before closing on a Sunday night. The facility is spotless and convenient to get in and out of, even for units not on the first floor. HUGE elevator and lots of pavement to make loading/unloading a breeze.

Having moved several times within & outside the state, and frequently utilized storage facilities, this is one of the best as far as cleanliness and customer service. Connie has been incredible when I had to change storage unit size & spent a lot of time with me to view different units, as well as anytime I needed help. Both Connie & the area manager were amazing to help me when I recently lost the key to my lock & needed to get into the storage unit before a business trip - they both went to great lengths, for which I am extremely grateful. Overall, a great storage facility.

I made a reservation and was greeted on time by Manager, Connie, who quickly addressed my needs for storage and offered experienced advice based on my particular circumstance. She was patient and spent uninterrupted quality time with me !! I was very impressed as a customer and will be sharing my positive experience with others in the same predicament. In addition, she explained the packing materials available for purchase and their appropriate use. I will return as I progress with my move to buy materials. I need lots of materials!

This property has easy access from I95 and US1. It is clean inside and outside. Storage carts were available and elevators were operating properly. The customer restrooms were clean and stocked with proper toiletries. Melissa, asst. prop. mgr. delivered superior customer serviice on each of my visits to the property. The unit she suggested was perfect. She went the extra mile to arrange to have my lock cut to vacate the unit by the specified date. Thank you, Melissa, you are an asset to the company.

Connie was super sweet and informative. She helped me pick out boxes and advised me to purchase damp rid. Made my move in super easy and my move out was seemless. I called about a week before my move out date and Connie explained my options after she put a stop on my automatic payments. No crazy fees at checkout! I checked out 3 other places before using this location and I am so happy I chose this one! I highly recommend this storage facility for long or short term!

Connie was unbelievably helpful !!!she sold me exactly what i needed to make my move as easy and cost efficient as possible.she was knowledgeable and curteous and had the best customer service i have ever seen displayed. I went to Public Storage at 11655 US hwy 1 in NPB, FL today and was greeted by the property manager Connie. She was so professional and kind too. She walked me to the back of the property and showed me a space for outside storage which was perfect. She helped me with the paper work and made the entire process a joy. I highly recommend that if you need a clean and safe storage facility that you contact Connie directly. You will not be disappointed.
