I initially went to the storage location nearest to me but the pricing was a bit high. I then went on the website and found another location the people were abysmal (kindest word). Then I went less than a mile down the road and found two angels. Diana greeted me with a warm smile and instantly began to help me in a very tangible positive way. Explaining the process and looking for the best price for my needs. Her property manager, Shauna was equally helpful. I wished I could have found something there, they were just that great. Id give them more than 5 stars but thats your highest score. I tried to buy boxes just to show my appreciation and they preferred that I buy it from the location I would ultimately rent a storage unit. Merry Christmas (I even got a candy cane). These ladies deserve corporate recognition. Bravo!

Ive used Public Storage Units for years as I found them to offer very good deals and the units are clean and nicely air conditioned. Carts are always available. The elevators are well located. I recently rented a 10x10 climate controlled unit (at this location) and Shawna and Sherry set up a great deal for me. In fact, before I actually put my belongings in the unit, Sherry called and said she and Shawna had gotten me a larger unit for less that met my needs perfectly. Their gate codes always work and Shawna gave me a number to call if I cant get in after the front office has closed. Very, very good service. The girls are to be commended. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Shauna and Deon on our recent move that required a storage unit. Deon was friendly and informative. He gave us step by step instructions that was very helpful. We were in a predicament, we had movers arrive at a late hour, we knew wed need to put things into our storage unit afterwards to get our truck back to UHaul the next morning. Shauna was so helpful, she made sure we had 24 hour access that night and she made herself available if we had any difficulties, which fortunately we didnt. The facility is clean and feels very safe.

I stopped in with wife at public storage at 5100 military trail to buy merchandise. Shauna and staff were very helpful explaining all things we would need.:) She seemed like she really cared about protecting our household items even going as far as to show us how to put together the boxes so they stay open until we are ready to seal them :). She also gave us advise on even how to pack...anyways was great customer service along with how great the property looked everything was spotless !!... I would highly recommended this property. Little, back story.....Im new to Jupiter, and involved in a business transition from NYC. Moving was needed but have yet to find a place, leaving me with lots of furniture and no place to put it. My anxiety to find storage before I began work was acute, and time sensitive. The staff, especially the property manager, Shauna saw my needs and addressed them with professionalism and expediency. The Public Storage staff went above and beyond, in answering my questions and alleviating my concerns. Hats off to Shauna, and her staff.

Where to start? We have used this facility for the past 5 years and each time we come here we are treated like we are at a 5star resort and are welcomed back like a part of the family. The location is convenient and the facility is Immaculate. Shauna, Kristine and her team will make the process easy and stress free by explaining everything you need to know to protect and store your personal items. This is the BEST storage facility -- I needed to store some things on short notice -- they were able to find me a unit and move in right away!! Not only is this place clean, well lit, and secure the staff are simply out of this world. Shauna is absolutely fantastic -- so very helpful and each time Im there remembers me by name -- who does that these days? I needed to get a motorcycle trailer out after hours due to a breakdown, Shauna was outstanding, smiling, happy, friendly, courteous and helpful. I was troubling her on her own time and she couldnt have been more pleasant! She opened up for me. And to top it off, she was there for me to put it back in when we were done!!! Best customer service I have had in any industry over the last few years. OUTSTANDING!!!!!

Chantel,Manny and Shauna were very professional and made the process easy for me and would not give up until we found the right unit that worked for me.
