There are times that everything works really well and this si one of those. Moving is a pain but thanks to Maria and Adam Chin who made my life easier, they treated me like a friend and facilitated everything I needed with my move. This people are smart and have a sense of costumer service. The storage unit was not over priced and the facility is clean, has music and they let you borrow their moving truck for free! Thumbs up for this Self Storage facility.

Staff was nice and helpful. It was my first time using a storage place and they had everything we needed and we got to make our own passcode. Make sure that you bring your own lock or buy one there for your unit. I had my own, but they dont automaticly provide you with one; however, the whole building is well secured.

Clean, easy to use, affordable storage facility in Miami. They even have a free moving truck you can use, wished I had known about it when we moved our stuff in. The staff is highly responsive to, which can be a rare thing in storage facilities.

Great storage option. The staff is helpful. They have good deals and dont sneak in extra fees. The rental truck is well priced, about the same as Uhaul, and the hydraulic lift really helped.

DONT RENT FROM HERE! If you HAVE TOO then ready every single clause. They have adjusted the contract and rules to every way possible be againts the customer! Worst storage company ever!

This place is under new owner ship and is undergoing renovations the new staff is excelent and the place is said to look great once compleated
