Mike and Ken are two of the best guys you could ask for they are always there to help no matter what. Theyll answer any questions to help you make decisions about what size storage unit you need and they are pressure free so you can take your time and making the right choices. Ive had my stuff in storage here for almost 4 years I couldnt think of taking it anywhere else. They treat you like family. The fun part of the family.

My company has rented a storage unit from this location for the past few years and we recently needed to rent a second space. Ken is always professional and friendly and he made the rental process very simple. This storage company is in a great location, has plenty of parking, easy access to the units, it is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location!

My husband and I have our wine storage here and every time we have to pick something up or drop something off, James is always so helpful, courteous, and polite. We are from South Miami so having that kind of quality customer service really makes the trip to our storage a pleasant experience. Highly recommend for wines. Its very safe and secure and can only be accessed with employee supervision.

Storage facility seemed great. Apparently there is a lot of trespassing and criminals that approach the facility. The manager Ken made this known to me and is very rude to the customers of this facility due to the fact that he does not know if you are a customer or trespassing. I would not recommend this location. Poor management and bad location for your personal belongings.

Uncle Bob’s is the absolute best. The unit was reasonably priced and easily accessible. James is wonderful to work with, extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend their service to anyone in need of storage, whether personally or professionally. Give them a call, you wont be disappointed.

Very good service!! Ken was extremely helpful providing options for me I had not considered. It was like working with someone on my team. There are 4 storage places between my move location and Uncle Bobs on 3rd Ave and I go out of my way to use this facility. Great place!!
