I just moved tot he area and did not know where to get my car fixed when i got into an accident. I called Leroy who runs the shop and i asked him why i should use his shop and not continue to shop around and he told me that he would make sure that i was satisfied. I have to say that he came through on everything as promised, he updated me, called to let me know that the insurance company came out and looked at it, just little things you dont typically get from a shop like this. I cannot believe that there are any negative comments about this shop. THEY ARE GREAT. USE THEM.

This place is a SCAM. I shouldve known Better than to stick with this shop. They promise you lies to cut your deductible in half, but end up acting like they dont remember saying that. I went through hell and am still going through hell getting my car back. Theyre a bunch of crooks who want to rape insurance and their customers for everything. Oh did i mention they also added extra parts to my car theyre now trying to charge me for? Yeah thats what kind of business your dealing with. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

I had a small accident with another vehicle. I brought both cars into Complete auto body shop. Review the problem with both of us. The other vehicle needed her car in a rush. She brought her car in on a Friday and needed it back by Saturday. I brought the my car in on Friday and did not need the car till Wednesday. Both jobs would be competed on time. Her car was done to her satisfaction. My car will be ready on Wed. as promised. This complete meets their promises and does excellent work also.

Locally owned and operated. Great service to my unbeatable honda civic 1996. They helped me out to replace the engine since I destroyed it. The process was fast and affordable. Also, they indicated a few other mechanical needs and they fixed them as well without delay giving me a great deal. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service. Highly recommended

Warning. Do not use the shop. They did not give me an estimate, then when I returned from my travel, I was faced with an inflated repair bill that was more than the value of my truck. Then they basically put a lien and took my truck by misrepresenting the facts, sold it and kept all the money!!! Its a racket they do, to take your vehicle.

Will only use this place. They are honest and do awesome work. Have previously fixed my Acura TL, my parents Lexus RX , and just fixed my Audi A7. Would highly recommend.
