I leased several new Toyotas over the years at a local Toyota dealership. Six years ago, when the local dealer and I could not agree on price, I was referred to Derek at Ed Martin Toyota in Anderson, IN, a two-hour trip from my house. To make a long story short, it was a totally different experience. It was a welcoming atmosphere and Derek was able to lease me a Highlander that the local dealership told me I couldnt afford on my budget. I am now on my second 3-year lease with Ed Martin. The lease on my second vehicle will be up next month and we have decided to buy it at the end of the lease. It needed repair on the drivers power seat and it had a squeak in the rear suspension that my local Toyota dealer could not locate. The service department at Ed Martin was wonderful! When I described the sound the suspension was making, they knew right away what it was and the repair was covered under a recall. The drivers seat was going to cost just shy of $1,600.00 just for the part. Matt in the service department did some research and found a used seat on Ebay for about $700.00 I bought the used seat and had it shipped to Ed Martin. They took the parts they needed off the used seat and repaired my seat saving me $900.00. Whats more, Derek gave me a loaner car for two weeks while we waited on the parts to come in at no charge. And it wasnt just any loaner, it was a new Camry with just a few hundred miles on it. I highly recommend Derek and Matt at Ed Martin Toyota.

I recently leased a 2016 Rav4 from Derek Manis at Ed Martin Toyota. I couldnt have had a better experience. We had called prior to coming to look at the Rav4 and he had it pulled up with the engine on and washed for me to look at; a black one which is the color I wanted. He had asked prior to me coming. He got in with me and my fiance and thoroughly explained every option the Rav4 had. I was blown away with how much this car has and how far the Rav4 has come! He let us take it for a test drive and stayed after closing time to answer all of our questions and we had A LOT. He didnt make us feel like he was trying to get out of there and close up. We emailed him a few days later and let him know that we liked it and wanted to come back and look at it, but wanted the black one with the black bottom vs the silver bottom like the one we test drove. We were on our way there to most likely go ahead with the lease Derek called us letting us know that he had the black Rav4 with the black bottom there waiting for me. He sent someone to Cincinnati earlier that morning to pick it up for me to make sure I got to view the exact one I wanted!! That just blew my mind that he went through all of that, just to make sure I had the exact car I wanted. It wasnt even a question in my mind that this was the place to buy from. My fiances Toyota Tundra is also from Ed Martin Toyota and has always had a great experience also, so we will definitely be going back for our next vehicle.

I contacted Ed Martin after contacting 2 other local Toyota dealerships and being told "to pound sand." From the minute I started talking with the staff, I was treated with the utmost respect. I received a no hassle price on a brand new 2016 Toyota Tacoma, also a no hassle price for trade in value for my vehicle. Now I did have to wait about a month and a half for my new truck. Brand new model, they were all being sold before they even hit the lot. No worries. When my truck finally arrived, I was greeted by not only the New Car Sales Manager, but by the General Manager as well. A little overview on the vehicle and handed me the keys for a no hassle test drive. From start to finish was just over an hour and half. It was absolutely seamless and no pressure, extremely laid back attitude throughout the entire dealership. I was so impressed with this dealership that my girlfriend traded in her less than a year old Honda HRV for a new Rav 4 while I was signing the papers. A few days later we showed up, and within an hour we were on our way home with a 2nd new Toyota from this dealership. I have spoken highly about this dealership to all my friends and family members. They have gained multiple customers from simply treating their customers with respect and a "no nonsense" business practice. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come.

I was looking for Toyota Highlander 2015 new model and searched across different neighboring state dealers and did not find the configuration which I was looking for. Then I came across Edmartin Toyota dealer just on the web, they had it (it was being built and to be available soon) and I contacted to sales dept. Then Derek, the general manager contacted me and you know finally I bought from them. I have exceptionally good experiences with Derek and with Edmartin guys. Derek is excellent gentleman, very professional and honest about what he promises. He updated me throughout my buying process and kept me as a customer very transparently. All the deal was done over phone and email (I am not from Indiana). Initially I was hesitant and trust me you can trust them. He offered me the best price across four states, Yes he did and no misleading or hiding about any information. He is very prompt, knowledgeable and nice person. For my all Toyota needs I am one of their permanent customer. If you looking for Toyota, I would definitely recommend you to contact Edmartin Toyota and Derek’s team. I had the best car buying experience with Brandon Riggle. I had been looking for a 2014 or newer Highlander Limited AWD. I was very specific about the interior and exterior color that I wanted. I had already been looking for about 2 months when I received a call from Brandon. It was honestly by chance that I even took the call. I had just left soccer with my youngest child and I was outside my car pumping gas. The phone rings and my child answers for me. Had I seen the unknown number I probably would have ignored it. Brandon was personable from the first moment I talked to him and I had a good feeling about this phone call. I ended up driving down the following week to look at a 15 highlander and I drove it home that night. The entire process was fun and stress free. Brandon was upfront and honest throughout the whole thing and I felt extremely comfortable with him. I highly recommend Brandon Riggle and Ed Martin Toyota to anyone looking to buy!
