On our way back from Holiday World, it was pitch black around 1130pm on 64 heading toward New Albany; just as the speed limit reduces from 70 to 55. I let off the gas and began reducing speed while in the left lane and a coyote ran out within a split second from the median. My entire front of my vehicle was destroyed. The front grill was shoved up inside the radiator, parking lights busted, front bumper cracked in half, lights flashing all inside my car and the temperature kept jumping up and down from hot to cold...the damage was massive....I contacted my car insurance immediately who set me up with Gray & Wells. Based on the damage, I thought I would be out of a car for 3-4 weeks. Gray & Wells, picked up my car on Monday. Wednesday, they called me and informed me proactively what the damage was, and what was being done to fix it. They said that they ordered 7 parts for my vehicle including: front bumper, front grill, parking lights, belt, radiator and fan. On Friday, they called me early in the morning to let me know that they were finished and if I had time after work I could come and pick it up that day. Although they were closed once I got off of work, there was an employee outside with the after hour pick ups to make sure they actually got picked up. I got there and was incredibly surprised that they couldve fixed that amount of damage in such a short time. It was in mint condition; even better than it was before. I seriously could not have asked for anything better, and I certainly didnt expect anything too great based on prior experiences with OTHER car places. Because they did such an amazing job, did it quickly, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and provided excellent customer service on top of it, my family and I will never go anywhere else for the care of our vehicles. Thank you so much Gray & Wells for making my stressful situation easy and fast! You made me a believer that there is ONE good car place out there.

Upset no call to finish paint. Took car in after accident on front end. Went well and looks good. I had a deep scratch on left side when was in shop on back quarter panel. They fixed with no problems. Only thing is that paint doesnt match at all. Painted match front end but not the back they scratched in process. I cant understand why hood, front bumper, door and top of car all matched but cant get bumper right. I took back 2nd time and repainted bumper and again same issue. This was in mid December. Was told give wait until after new year would get a call to get painted 3rd time. That he needed to get with paint supplier on color of 2017 Hyundai. Still no communication of whats going on. Frustrated because they billed insurance again in January 2017 even though job is not complete. I let multi things go with out complaining but this has been going on since July when car first got to shop. I have 5 star review after finally getting from shop. They have been paid on the job so its not a priority. July-Jan and still not complete

The process of dropping off and picking up your car could not be any better. They are friendly, and communicate well with you what exactly your car needs. I received my car before the promise date! The workmanship is excellent. They detailed my car inside and outside, which was to my surprise. This just shows you they focus on you having a great experience! I will definitely take my car to them again. I highly recommend them!
