ZERO STARS!!!!!!!! NEVER and I mean NEVER trust your vehicle to be repaired here. I have had NOTHING but problems and they have successfully screwed my car up in more ways than one. I was also informed that the company was being ran by drug users and thats why my 1 week repair turned into over a month (and it was still not correct)! Please for the sake of your vehicle and your sanity.. go somewhere else! *UPDATE: In response to your "response"- First off, REAL professional. Secondly, how many more lies can you come up with? Do you think if I cut holes into your car I would have maybe heard about that before you wrote it in a google review? AND do you think if I did that to your car the first time I was using it- you would give it back for me to use a second time just last week? Real smart. The "loaner" cars they are referring to are ghetto and on the verge of breaking down. The first car they gave me was MAYBE a 2003? Toyota Camry. I had to take it back after having it for a day because the brakes were grinding SO badly. I didnt want to further damage the car SO I took it upon myself to call and let them know. They had me bring it in saying "Oh its probably nothing but well check it out." Turns out the car needed new brakes but I was out driving in it just the day before. Id suggest you get your story straight before running your mouth online. If anyone that reads this review would like to talk to me personally, please feel free to contact me through here. I was looking for a local appraisal, to begin my diminished value claim following the repair of a rear end collision. I went down the list of search results, striking out until I got to Franck Bro.s. After speaking to the delightful Abigail, I made my way over to their establishment. Abigail knew who I was when I approached the desk, and went right to work. She walked me thru the process, patiently answering my questions. I hace had bad experiences so far pertaining to this wreck...this was a refreshing change. I was so happy with the way things went, I scheduled detailing for my Mercedes. Black paint can be a burden at times to care for. Frank Bro.s did an excellent job on all points. Service and consideration of my time, means everything when I consider a business. I wont be going anywhere else.

Awesome people and service! Best and almost the only appraisal shop in the city. I went ahead and had my car and truck detailed with a discount just to leave a review, never have I seen my car so clean and shiny, even when it was new, inside and out. They had the cheapest labor work cost and even had my cost lower than 3 other places Ive went. They figured out the issues, so I had them fix it all. I am very happy and will recommend everyone I know for any auto service!
